I don't know if this is how it is at every CEVA facility, but no matter when you schedule your delivery, no one arrives, nor do they tell you if they are not going to show up (I would appreciate it way more if they at least called and said they weren't going to make it). You can call, and then reschedule the delivery, but you're not going to get ahold of anybody that actually handles the delivery, you're usually talking to the people who do the customer service, effectively being put into a loop because no delivery people will show. Overall, very unprofessional.

They do not even deserve 1 star in my opinion. When i placed the order for the smaller hot tub from Costco my delimma was I had no access to my back yard from the front. And my daughter works nights so i need to avoid the doorbell being rang. 3 times I was reassured there should be no problems. They call about 30 minutes prior to arriving. Now I have had 2 large tuff sheds with large crane deliver through the back. Our alley is clean and very accessible. Not only did I not receive a phone call ,The doorbell woke my daughter. They refused to even look how simple it would have been to deliver through the alley. At first I refused the delivery all together.I ended up accepting. And while I calmed my breathing attack down. I see they left it right behind my daughter's new car! she works tonight!!! What a****.now before that time comes about i need to find someone else to pick up this thing and deliver it through the back gate from alley. Horrible just horrible service. I will never have anything delivered by this company again. Here's your tip guys. Have your bosses remove flexible from the front of their websitecustomer care.whewy!

Did not receive Costco delivery scheduled. They did not notify me that they were not going to deliver as scheduled. They do not answer the phone number that they provided to contact them. Costco has not been of any help. It is up to me to contact them to reschedule and they don't answer. Do not deal with this shipper!!

Ordered an important HVAC unit for my business through Amazon on December 28th. The package arrived at CEVA location in Tempe three days ago. We received notification that we would receive the package today between noon and 3. CEVA did not show up during the window specified, so we called them at 4:30. They apologized and promised that the package would be at our home within 60 to 90 minutes (6 p.m. at the latest). We took them at their word (big mistake), and my wife went to a dinner party while I waited for the package to arrive as they promised. They would not deliver it unless I signed for it. It is 9 o'clock now. Not only did I miss my dinner party, but the package is still not here. Furthermore, I have another company scheduled to arrive tomorrow morning to install the HVAC unit I was supposed to receive today. CEVA failed to deliver the unit on time as promised, they failed to communicate with me when the unit was delayed, and then they lied to me this afternoon when they apologized and assured me that the unit would arrive this evening. It is obvious that CEVA has systemic problems and is not a reliable freight company. Amazon's customers deserve better.

Worst company EVER!!! I don't know how they managed to get Costcos contract either!.. You talk to one office and they have my merchandise in the warehouse waiting for delivery and you talk to they other and they say they never received it. I got the one representative to admit they lost my merchandise!! And now all they could say was to call Costco for what my options will be. It took 2 weeks for them to admit this. I can't believe they are still in business

Driver couldn't understand a simple english command, took 2 people for a one person job & then blocks the whole street unnecessarily, do better !!!

Please remember when you read these that typically people only write reviews when they are not happy. I am sure every company runs into problems from time to time but that was not my experience. Scheduling my amazon delivery with CEVA was very simple and they arrived in the time window and everything was in excellent condition. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends. Even the driver was super friendly.

I read the reviews and was nervous the business I ordered from selected this company to ship my order, but I was pleasantly surprised. Very easy scheduling of delivery via their automated phone system. And the tracking via their website was accurate. My package was delivered on time and the delivery driver was professional.

WORST delivery service ever! They were supposed to deliver a TV that arrived in their warehouse Dec 22nd. Called the number provided over several days and NO ONE ever answered. Just rang and rang and rang. No way to contact them.They never contacted me. Finally called corporate office in Texas ( after a google search) and they arranged for delivery 2 weeks later. TV just sat there and would probably still be sitting there if I hadn't called the corporate office. Can't imagine why any business uses this company. Why have a phone number that no one answers EVER!!!

Shipment never showed up, cancel delivery appointment, rescheduled two weeks later. Took over three weeks to get an item from Costco. Gives a four hour time frame and still showed up 40 minutes late. Hopefully everything is good in the package.
