They have the best phone customer service - the reps have a great phone voice, seem like they're happy to be at work and make paying this company pleasant.
Zero response time to power outage from a storm that was predicted to happen, been 3 1/2 hours with no update and it’s extremely hot out it’s 2024 and yet nothing has changed how sad
They go through all the effort to get us clean water, but why can’t they adjust the minerals to remove the huge amount of lime in the water? I’d pay an extra few dollars a month for that.
Clark Public Utilities has the best customer service I've ever come across. Extremely pleasant to talk with and their service is extremely efficient.
They are so fing rude and call and put you on hold for 10 mins. Like I have 10 minutes while I'm working. But I'm sitting in phone jail or I will get my utilities shut off. You SUCK!!!!!!!
