I've never had faster service from an electric company. My power went out today. I called in, spoke to a *human* quickly, was quoted 2-4 hours, and they were here/the problem was fixed within an hour.

Informing customers that their power will be shut off the day before a snowstorm is completely unacceptable—especially when the error is on your part. This decision reflects poor planning and a disregard for customer safety during critical times. Stay warm out there.

The power company will shut off your electricity if you don’t pay your bill on time—I admit I’m responsible for that. Even if you step outside to talk to them and then quickly leave to pay the bill, they might still take a long time to restore your power. If not hours This delay could happen because buckets and garbage cans are blocking the meter, which is the only accessible spot on the side of your house.

Sometimes I forget to pay me electric bill. It's nothing personal. was just a bit in awe that they came to my door when it was 90F outside and threatened to turn off my electricity. I paid it in full but I was amazing they would do that during a heat watch warning; and of course it's a necessary evil.

We have properties in several municipalities. Literally, the best service, from this group. Weather it's billing, service, techs. Wish all utilities operated like this

Low income help to elderly but not disabled. How sad even Longview WA is better than this. Very abusive to poor disabled IMO. Get a disabled program like Longview. You also need audit. I'll tell Nick Sorter And Trump!!

I am very grateful to Clark Public Utilities for offering assistance to low-income and qualified residents here in Clark County. Their programs are a real help to people who need it. My only concern is with their bill help email process. After completing the paperwork, the packet instructs you to either bring it in or email it to them. I did not receive the typical confirmation email acknowledging receipt of my documents. I tried emailing twice without receiving a response, so I went in person. I worked with a staff member, sending each individual application, photo ID, and income documentation—over 13 separate emails—and verified that they received everything. However, I still never received a confirmation email. I believe their IT team could investigate this issue, as it’s important that people, especially those who are disabled or unable to leave their homes, receive confirmation that their paperwork has been received. Ensuring this system works reliably would make a huge difference. Thank you so much for providing these valuable programs and services.

I only have, by person experience, knowledge of the business side to review, but I'd bet a the hard working women and men doing the actual physical duties, so that we all have all electrical needs met are as awesome as the staff at their office off Mill Plain, and their customer service personnel who take calls. No one cares to receive Bill's, but in the past I ran into a tight spot financially, not quite knowing what to do. It can be an embarrassing situation to be in, as it was for me, but the any and all of the several personnel spoke with were so helpful. They really put me at ease and we were able to work up a plan that worked well for me. They also suggested a few options they offer that also helped me out tremendously. I was also so surprised that they sent me a letter referring to a beneficial monetary option they offer that could certainly save me money. I'm anxious to find out more about this. These days it's rare to see any business

Your online pay sucks! I don't know how many times my family has been served at my front door with a notice saying the bill wasn't paid because somehow, the auto-pay feature for online payment disconnected on it's own. This is ridiculous. FIX IT!
