The steak and eggs were fantastic! Mimosa wasn’t bad either. A great place to stop and eat if you are visiting U Penn/Drexel.
My Mama and I enjoyed our time here at Co-Op Study. Our server Craig was very personable and friendly. He made our experience fun and special. Plus, the food was delicious. Be sure to order the biscuits and pancakes. You won't regret it! Whenever I'm in Philly again, I will be returning.
So this was a cute restaurant. Popped up on vday they were packed and not taking walk ins. So be sure to get there early or make a reservation. We sat at the bar and had a great time! The monkey bread was interesting & delicious! I didn't do much enjoy my dish however Nicole noticed and asked for my genuine opinion and with out hesitation she assisted and took the feedback! The service was outstanding and you can tell she cared about my opinion and welcomed us to come back again! I will be back to retry my dish in a couple months!
7/10. Tight seating... My sister and I *LOL'ed* when the hosts was trying to seat us next to a couple 👩❤️💋👨 in a practically-empty restaurant. (I know aaaall about seating charts! The floor plan could not have shown to sit us back to back to a patron's table instead of across the room.) - Couldn't have a comfortable conversation across the talk - Bad brewed coffee - Bathroom with cleaning supplies on the bathroom counter... And the bathroom wasn't tidy. (That could be the hotel's fault, though.) - Server was quite forgetful (🫂 we didn't make a fuss about anything. If it didn't come, we went without it.) Positives: - Gentlemen staff: Very kind and attentive! From the entry point - to who say us - to farewell process - Short rib hash 😋 - Turkey sausage links
My wife and I visited CO-OP Restaurant & Bar at 20 S 33rd St in Philadelphia for Valentine’s Day, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The food was outstanding. The cast-iron skillet dish with roasted potatoes, fried eggs and fresh peppers was flavorful and short ribs perfectly prepared. The scrambled eggs were light, fluffy, and seasoned just right. The turkey sausage was wonderful. We also ordered the pancakes, which were thick, soft, and served with a generous butter and syrup a perfect balance of sweetness without being overwhelming. Beyond the food, the atmosphere made the experience even better. The setting felt warm, relaxed, and welcoming ideal for a date. It had an upscale feel without being pretentious. Service was attentive and professional. CO-OP delivered on quality, presentation, and overall dining experience. If you’re looking for a great brunch spot in University City, this is definitely worth a visit. We’ll absolutely be returning.
Our service was amazing and the food was great. We LOVED dining here and the ambiance was great. Well seasoned and good portions (not too much not too little). Our server was very helpful, attentive, and brought things out in a timely manner. I got the half rotisserie chicken, it was DELICIOUS.
Food is good but the service is sooo slow. I've been 3 times now and every time it took forever for my order to be taken and for my food to come out.
We pass by this place all the time when walking between University City and Center City, and we finally tried it out. The atmosphere is just wonderful (check out the hotel lobby too!) and the food and service were good.
Thank you so much for a wonderful happy hour experience! Ethan was incredible and so attentive! We also absolutely loved the tomato pie- highly recommend!!
Had a great brunch at Co-op recently. Good food and excellent service from our server Jonah. Overall a great experience!
