Wow, I got a text from these folks telling me that somebody was going to arrive in 5 minutes. Thought it was spam but then the doorbell rang and their very nice courier (didn't get his name) handed me a lovely birthday gift, that was totally unexpected. Thanks guys!

No receipt and once get notification of bill it’s double of what it should be. I wonder how many people they screw over in this manner! It’s a shame because the employee working was nice and friendly. Just a hassle to now fight the charge.
Hidden gem! Been here multiple times, great selection, easy checkout, and prices are super reasonable. Love the convenience and the cleanliness of the store, better than all the dodgy 7-11s around it.
I won't return until they fix their checkout system. When you walk out, due to the automated checkout system, no one is able to provide a receipt of how much will be charged. This leaves the customer guessing until a receipt eventually arrives 30-60 minutes later. An automated system would be okay, if you can obtain a receipt the moment you are checking out. This would let the customer change their mind on purchasing an item or make sure to correct wrong item charges right away. As it is, the system is intransparent and customer-unfriendly, especially because the automated system often charges for the wrong item.
Very cool spirits shop that you tap your card or phone when you walk in and it knows what you bought why you leave. They have a large selection of beer, wine, liquor and even alcohol related gifts. The store is very clean and well organized and all the employees were really friendly. There is a discount on prices of each item for members, not sure what’s membership costs.
Great range of spirits, some international but heaps of local American or Washington based stuff too. Also, being able to pick up and walk out is convenient, very cool. As you walk out, they are still going to help paper bag your bottles so aside from the payment, things are pretty normal.
Quick delivery and great selection. One of the only places to find Jade and Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe. Kind service. 3rd or 4th time ordering from them. No complaints.
Downtown Spirits is awesome! They have a great selection, super knowledgeable team members, and wonderful service! Delivery is super-speedy, and they're always quick with a recommendation. I also love that they're a small/independent business!
Morgan is the best! I was in town for a conference and came in to get a local liquor to bring back home with me. She started talking with me about their local whiskeys but quickly we found ourselves talking about gin, both of our favorite Spirit. She highly recommended the Forest gin by Astraea but they only had a bottle in their other store. They had the bottle driven over for me within 30 minutes, and Morgan continued talking gin and amaros with me till it got there. I just tried the gin and... It was incredible! Closest comparison is Monkey 47 except instead of tasting like a Black Forest from Germany, it tasted like Pacific Northwest forests! It was a solid recommendation and I'm so glad Morgan and Downtown Spirits were flexible and patient enough to get me the bottle so I could enjoy it :) Also, Morgan chooses many of the Spirits sold there and I could tell that she truly cares about providing amazing bottles for people to enjoy. Thank you Morgan for such an enjoyable experience and recommendation. Definitely my favorite memory from my trip to Seattle!
