James did a fantastic job installing and training me. Very professional and courteous! The bed is high quality and in pristine shape!
I do not take lightly my Review of any place or person. Especially when it comes to 5-Star Reviews. But today, I received my rented Patient Lift and was given a most excellent tutorial on how to safely use it. James, the person who brought it to our House was very well versed and highly professional in every manner. If you have a loved one needing such equipment, I recommend using these people.
James did an outstanding job. He went well above and beyond what would have been expected from a normal delivery service. He took the time to set up and explain all the equipment, and was very knowledgeable about everything we were going through. He even showed me a few new items we had not considered, that are on their website, that we will probably need in the future. Very pleased. Thanks again James.

The delivery by James was top notch! He took extra care with moving, setup, explanation, and demonstration. Very thoughtful and considerate of our situation and how the chair could be best used. James was also very careful as to not mark our walls while moving the chair through a tight corridor. Excellent service!

I have used this company three different times and the service has always been fantastic. James and Aron delivered my lift chair yesterday and they were extremely professional. I'm very happy with the chair and the service!
We can’t say enough about the awesome service. My dad got home today from surgery and we didn’t expect to need a lift chair but last minute realized it was needed. We made the call at 4:30pm, they had it delivered by 6:30pm. Truly grateful and the service was beyond great. We would definitely recommend to anyone needing medics equipment rental.
