If I could give 100 stars I would. I'm about 1 1/2 hours away from ECare and my mom was being released from the hospital in bed ridden condition to a nursing home. So I asked the Dr to hold her one more night so I could get the equipment in my home. The social services director at the hospital highly recommended ECare. I called them, they had the best saleswoman, I explained everything to her, I got the fully electric up/down bed, it came with a hospital over the bed rolling table which was a lifesaver, you can't do this without it, I also wanted an upgraded soft mattress and she recommended their most popular. She asked if they could deliver that day, 1& 1/2 hrs away, but I asked for the next day to give me time to clear her room of everything. They delivered at around 10am the next morning and Mom was home by 1pm. I also want to mention I worked with the girl in Finance to send payment through a bank wire transfer, she was so good to make sure the transfer was completed on their end so that the equipment would get delivered quickly. She kept me informed via email. Then there was James the delivery guy. He set everything up, went over every detail of the equipment, even explained how to make sure it stays running smoothly for years. I learned this was a family owned business and I'm telling you you won't find better customer service within any other company. I had a critical care son for 20 years so I was use to equipment companies, the sales reps , all of it. Every person at ECare was super professional, they were completely geared towards filling the customer need. I'm so happy to have found them and I will use them for all future purchases. James delivered a brand new lift chair for me as I recover several knee replacement surgeries. He was kind, courteous, took out the old chair, put the new one in and took all the trash away. A very hard worker and compassionate for his customers, a rare trait these days!!
Just got delivered the Medium Zero Gravity Infinite Sleeper Lift Chair Recliner for my upcoming surgery. James the delivery person made the process so easy - quick set up and and thorough demo. Easiest process ever. Chair was super clean and really comfy. Highly recommend!
Fernando was great on the phone and made the rental process easy. When you discover you need a hospital bed, there is some anxiety trying to figure out the process. Fernando answered all my questions and we received the hospital bed the same day. James delivered the bed and provided the same top level service. His instructions on how to work the bed were clear, and his professional yet friendly manner was reassuring in what was otherwise a stressful time for our household.

James went above and beyond after hours - he was able to deliver an oxygen concentrator, explain operating instructions, communicating when he was arriving (45 minutes from order placement), and was super helpful throughout this emergency request at a hotel. Amazing service!

My parents purchased a lift recliner from eCare for my dad. There were a lot of chair options and fabric/colors to choose from. Delivery was made in the Navasota/Hempstead area with no problem. My parents could not be there for delivery so my husband was there. James and Aron provided exceptional service. Not only did they go through all the details about the chair with my husband, but they also let him FaceTime my mom and went over it all again with her. They also took time to answer all the questions she had.
This company offers great equipment in their store and excellent customer service, and are very patient while assisting you. James and Aron delivered my rental recliner today and did a great job setting it up and explaining again how to work the remotes. I am very happy with their service.
