James delivered the self-lifting gravity recliner one-time, set it up, gave a short tutorial on the controller, and very knowledgeable on the rental agreement. He was polite and generally concerned about my wife's surgery. It's been a very smooth experience.
The overall experience was smooth and easy. The staff was great to work with. JAMES, THE DELIVERY TECHNICIAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a need.
James and Aron were very helpful. Explained everything thoroughly and set everything up in a timely manner. They were very professional and I really appreciate it.
James did a great job of delivering the lift chair. He contacted me 45 minutes before his arrival, set up the chair and answered all of my questions without hesitation. The entire delivery and setup went smoothly. He knows what he is doing.
Great and friendly service. I called at 10p one night and had the lift recliner of my choice at my house in less than 24h. James was very friendly and helpful showing me how everything worked and set the recliner up exactly how I asked. Fantastic service and delivery!!
I purchased a power lift recliner for my mother from E Care and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Ordering was easy and the chair was delivered within one week to my mother's assisted living facility. James, the person who delivered the chair, was very personable, professional and courteous. He was thorough in setting up the chair, making sure there was enough length on the power cord and made sure my husband and I understood how to use the chair so we could instruct my mother. He was a breath of fresh air. Overall, I was very impressed with the service E Care provided from ordering to delivery.
Preparing for surgery can be stressful, so I was grateful for the easy experience I had with this company. My chair was delivered today right on time. Aron was very careful during the installation—he was mindful of my rug and surrounding furniture, which I really appreciated. He was also very knowledgeable about the chair and took his time walking me through the equipment and all of its features. If you need medical equipment I would recommend getting his company.
