A kind and sincere gentleman named Aron delivered a chair I needed while visiting Houston . He was full of professional empathy and set up the chair and explained everything about the use of the chair and explained all the nuances of the rental and pick up . He’s a fine gentleman.
Our entire experience has been amazing. The in store personnel were prepared to answer all our questions, and helped with our selection. The delivery was actually earlier than expected with the delivery team of James and Aron. They were extremely professional and made sure everything was installed and working properly and then went over its operation.
The entire process of ordering the hospital bed was seamless and stress-free. The phone ordering was quick and easy, and I was especially impressed with the flexibility of weekend and after-hours delivery. James handled the delivery and setup—he was prompt, professional, and very courteous. He took the time to explain all the bed’s features clearly and made sure everything was set up perfectly before he left. Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

James put my hospital bed together and he was so perfect and so perfectly and did a good job even though my mother didn't know were she wanted he just keep putting it were she would tell him to put it and i told him I was sorry and he told me it was okay.
The recliner chair we ordered was perfect and this company is great. Aron, who delivered the chair, was so considerate, attentive and polite. The chair works just as advertised and is perfect for our situation and the service was even better! Highly recommend!
