Fast friendly service! Dont trust Website to reserve equipment though. Spoke to a very friendly lady on the phone and James delivered same day! Very easy folks to deal with when I’m already dealing with so much! James took extra care to insure I understood how to operate the machine. Again very nice experience all around

We found ourselves in emergency need of a hospital bed and E Care was able to deliver and install it within 4 hours of me calling. Our delivery driver, James, did a great job in setting it up and showing us how to use it.
Had a great experience with the delivery of the hospital bed. I rented a hospital bed and accidentally ordered the full size rail instead of the half size rail. Upon noticing the error, I called to get the rails replaced and James took the time out of his busy schedule to come and replace the rails another day at no cost. He provided excellent customer service and we are very grateful.
Rented a lift chair today and it was quick and easy. James came and set it up and explained everything. Great job!!

I recently completed purchases at E Care Medical Supplies. The staff was extremely courteous and very professional. Yvette was my primary contact. Both she and Kelsey answered any questions and concerns I had. When I returned to pick up a chair I purchased, both James and Aron were very patient with me in explaining how to set up my chair at home. Then they carefully wrapped my chair and helped me load it into my van. I can't say enough good things about Yvette, Kelsey, James and Aron. They are excellent representatives of E Care Medical Supplies. I am a satisfied customer!
James and Aaron did a great job setting up our lift chair and explaining how to use all of the features. The lift chair is exactly what we were looking for with so many good features. My second time using them and will use e-care again.
