The only place my wife and I trust with our vehicles. I had a noise coming from the front of my car and found these guys via google. I took my car in and they checked it out, told me what the problem was and gave me the price. The process was simple, they were honest, professional and they didn't try to drain my pocket book with anything I did not need. In addition, these guys know their stuff and were beyond professional! East Carolina is a gem! I first used them when my son accidentally used diesel fuel in my car. Unlike Honda Repair + other car repair places, East Carolina quoted me what I felt was an honest + a decent price. They explained the process and even broke down the cost for me and were just overall patient and pleasant. Just moving to NC it was a financial burden but they fixed my car + kept it until my payment was made in full. This last visit...my God! My front Axel broke which was a horrific experience. I had to get new brakes, an alignment, two new front tires, an axel shaft, screws wheel bearing. However Jerry + Allen explained everything to me again, told me what needed to be done + finished in record timing. I am externally grateful for them. I’m just a woman who gets so much anxiety when I experience any kind of car issues but I can count on East Carolina to take good care of my car. It is so hard to come across great mechanics! I usually go to Honda for everything since I’ve experienced so many shady mechanics years ago. It’s the integrity that keeps me coming back. Thank you East Carolina Automotive!
