These guys are AWESOME! I am petrified of mechanics because of being burned in the past but was referred to East Carolina by a friend I really trust! They were friendly, informative and I felt like they truly cared about me and my issue. They were sensitive to my financial constraints and were sincerely striving to get the work done at the minimum cost! Facility I very nice, including the waiting room! Internet connection, tables to work on abs couches Incase you want to relax!! Jerry told me it would be 350 dollars to check my oil pressure, and the bill turned out to be 550.00 dollars After several attempts to reach Chris, I finally spoke with him and explained to me the potential cost of replacing rocket arms and lifters during the same visit. He never mentioned the cost to check it out but ended up charging me 700.00 and we never discussed the amount. I have been taking my vehicle to these guys for over 6 years and never had an issue until today. They actually ripped me off!!! Never will I go back. The sad part is Chris lied and said we discussed the price. Hard times will make people get of character. They sure did.
Great shop, honest people and good prices. Was able to get my brakes changed the same day I called. They gave me options and informed me of the pros and cons of each choice. Will be coming back!
