If i could post a minus star i would. Energy Trust is a disappointing government program where the engineers that should know HVAC are clueless and lead you on for months thinking that you might receive a rebate, then deny it. WHATCH OUT!
You cannot find the forms for tax credit on their website - I sent them an e-mail to call me and/or send the form for credit for hot water on demand a week ago & have heard noting from them...
This is a fake company if I ever saw one. This website is impossible to use, not to mention the phone system does not work. What kind of business is this? Why are they making it so difficult for people to use this system? The home assessment tab is no existent, nor are any other offer available..

Rude. Terrible service! They are in business NOT to rebate anything! Applied for a rebate for a new heat pump. Denied . *they say* I submitted the information past 60 days. Not true. Submitted information for a rebate on 11 new windows. Denied. They want 11 different stickers, which the installer removed and discarded. Will NEVER use or recommend them, going to file a formal complaint with whomever I can.
