We had an exceptional experience with Energy Windows Doors and More. From scheduling the initial visit for quote with the office, to coordinating and meeting with Ian on-site. Installation was scheduled with advanced notice. The crew showed up on time, were very friendly, courteous and efficient. Our windows look incredible. Thank you to everyone for making the entire process so simple.

UPDATE: Yesterday, 11/10, they did arrive by 9am (an hour earlier than scheduled). The work did get done. We were refunded a portion of what we put out for the hotel room and kennel services used the week before. I would suggest smoking breaks away from our wide open windows and to keep the conversation professional. We will update this review if and when our new windows are finally installed. This process started with our research of this company and then on 5/25/21 (5 months ago) signed a contract that stated 10-12 weeks delivery. They took our $3.5k deposit and we waited. 12 weeks came and went so we called to find out the status of the windows. The woman that answered the phone was abrupt and rude and told us to “learn to read” the contract and that 10-12 weeks didn’t include weekends/holidays. Ultimately, she hung up the phone when we tried to get anymore definitive information. All we knew then was that i stall action would be either November or December. When we got the date of 11/2, we were supposed to be on vacation and this was short notice, but we were told that the next possible date would be January. That’s 5 mos from the contract date. We were told that the crew would arrive early in the morning so we made overnight kennel arrangements for our dogs and a hotel stay for our sickly daughter. We were ready with cashier check in hand. This morning came and no installers came; not even a call to postpone. We had to call their office just to be hung up on again by the unprofessional woman that answers their phone. Rob did call back, apologetic as usual, but with no reschedule date to be shared. Once again, I will update my review if and when we get some satisfaction from our $3.5k investment. Needless to say, Rob, you need a new receptionist to say the least.

We have used this company for 3 separate houses now (2 houses with all window and door replacements), great price, great quality. We are pleased with the products for many years now, so we just keep going back to them. Thank you for our latest sliding door!

Had a bay window installed today 12/6. The window price exceeded my expectations. The installers were very thorough and explained everything to me. They were friendly and they completed the job in a timely manner. I definitely would recommend Energy Windows for window replacement. I will be using them again in the future.

Getting windows replaced, their salesmen were very polite and friendly. They explained the process and their product. The price given for the total job was great for today's market and I secured the contract. I have inspected their work on a different location, and I look forward to my window replacement.

My new windows and sliding patio door were replaced and I love them! They cleaned up after themselves and completed the project on the date scheduled. Great price and look great. I will use them in the future when I want to replace more windows in my house.

Andy & John were very friendly and professional! Did an AMAZING job on my Bay Window in my dining room. Cleaned up very well when finished too!
