The team at Enterprise made renting from them a very, very positive experience. They are very friendly, very helpful, and tremendously resourceful. Most importantly, the cars are clean and ready to go as promised. They are my go-to company for rental cars for both business and pleasure.

Being that it was our first trip ever to Chicago, and after few days just taking in the sights. We needed to get to the suburbs for a wedding. Enterprise @ Randolph Street was awesome. Picked us up at hotel and had a smooth transition to get on the road... highly recommend Enterprise for their friendly and excellent service
Super smooth pick up and return, friendly service. The minivan we rented was a little dirty with some trash in it, and it says oil change due when we started the car. But we rented for two days and everything was awesome.
Upon arrival and the basic formalities, I was pleasantly surprised to be asked if I would like a larger vehicle for the same price. Furthermore, as the agent and I we're discussing hotels, I found that the one we we're staying in gave us a 10% discount on this rental. Not bad for booking on Hotwire, calling them and asking if we could possibly change our pick-up and drop off to a closer destination. Thank you Enterprise for helping our trip move much more smoothly.
Enterprise never fails to impress me and this rental experience was no exception. Becks is a wonderful, helpful employee. I'm so grateful he put me in a 4-wheel drive car Christmas eve to brave the snowstorms, and get me home for the holidays. I don't believe I would have safely made it without this thoughtful upgrade. Thank you for putting the safety and comfort of your customers first. Enterprise rocks, and so does Becks!
I rent often from many locations in Chicago and when I travel. This location has offered the best experience yet. Great customer service, tons on vehicles, and they move fast - so no long waits! All agents are great, but a shout out to Tracie for her outstanding customer service!
5 Stars to Millennium Park Enterprise rentals. They go out of their way to ensure I'm pleased and have a great experience. Michele has helped me numerous times (even helping me sync the car to a few of my devices when I couldn't figure it out). I highly recommend this location and I will continue to rent from them.
If there was a zero star option, I would have picked it. Made a reservation to pick up car at 9 am. They had ZERO cars available to rent and told me they were getting more cars from neighboring lots. 2.5 hours later I still didn’t have a car. They just shrugged and said it would be another 30 minutes. I came all the way from Texas to attend a wedding in central Illinois which I am about to miss. I could have made other arrangements but once I realized I wasn’t going to get a car soon, it was too late. I understand that things happen and it’s a holiday weekend, but there were 9 people on the wait list, all who had reservations, and zero cars available. That’s just absurd. Overall it was a terrible experience. Not sure what else to say.
Super experience! Staff was incredibly pleasant and made it very easy! Vehicle was ready and in perfect condition for our day trip!
