Super convenient location in the city to pick up and drop off rental cars. The team at this location are super friendly, honest, and quick with their service. Especially Zach Duffy. He's always been very communicative and easy to reach out to during a rental period. And whenever there are any issues, he's super straight up with the situation. Moreover, whenever he gets the chance to provide an upgrade to reward customer loyalty, he does so and I appreciate that a lot. Hope to keep returning to this location for renting cars. The only downgrade of this spot is that during busy seasons, it's difficult to find parking when dropping the car off. But, the team is very flexible with where you can drop it off in the garage so it makes the experience less strenuous.
The service from Kathryn and Ryan at the chicago location was outstanding, the vehicle I rented developed some issues and I informed them (chicago) and felt safe to continue on my trip...unfortunately I had to switch out the vehicle, (in New Orleans) the staff at that location was just as professional as it was in Chicago...Will only rent from my chicago location when I need a car... Great service
I made my reservation over the phone and it was very easy. I liked that the location was very convenient to my hotel. The pick-up process was easy and quick and I was on my way. I liked the ease of the after hours drop off service as well. The only "negative" was the car could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The two gentlemen that were working the desk were very nice.
Although I made a reservation on the website in advance and arrived on time, I was disappointed that the car I had wanted wasn’t available, and there were very few options to choose from. However, I was truly impressed by how kind and considerate the staff were. They provided thorough explanations and showed genuine care for the customer’s perspective. I hope that in the future, vehicles will be better prepared for customers with reservations. Still, I’m very grateful for the excellent service and kindness of the staff.
I needed a last minute rental. They were super helpful and friendly. Everything was fast and smooth checking in/out.
Enterprise is a scam dressed up as a rental car company. I paid hundreds of dollars for a dirty car and then waited two hours past my reservation because they had nothing ready and it was the only option. When I asked the desk agent about the luxury car I reserved, he said it was “50/50.” That level of honesty was appreciated, but it only proved how badly the company is run. One employee was left to clean cars, manage the desk, and deal with six groups of customers who were all waiting 1–2 hours past their pickup times. That is not customer service, it is chaos. I called Enterprise corporate. They did absolutely nothing except “escalate to the area manager” and promise to call me back. That call never came. One of the largest rental companies in the world cannot even follow up on a customer issue. I have a membership and used points instead of cash. Because I did not get the car I wanted, I wasted way more points than I should have. Using cash would have been cheaper. Loyalty clearly means nothing here. The return process was equally pathetic. I could not drop off at the airport without paying another fee, so I had to drive back into the city and then take a 45-minute train to the airport with all my luggage. When I finally arrived, the main lot was full and I had to drive up seven extra floors to the 10th floor just to park. This company fails at every single level: reservations, staffing, communication, loyalty programs, and basic logistics. Shame on Enterprise.
First time renting from a non airport location while on vacation. Been a long term customer of Enterprise and must say Zach and his team here was probably one of the best I’ve ever dealt with! Super professional and friendly. Made my renting experience easy. This location is interesting as it’s just in a parking garage, but Zach explained things well and it makes so much sense. Also, he explained the toll system very clearly and made going into Indiana seamless! Kudos to his team!!!
Stop misleading customers. Yesterday I negotiated a good price with a representative, but a con young man pretends it was a mistake when I come this morning to pick up the car. And both start talking about thing they never told me during the negotiation to make me pay almost double the initial price. Stop hoping everyone would let it slide and just give you the money.
Great customer service. Very easy to deal with, and Kathryn was awesome! So kind and attentive. Great customer focus!
It seems that despite your account being tied to a rental reservation, they have no way to apply points to your rental rather than pay out of pocket at time of pickup. In addition, the car I was given shouldn't have even been on their lot, I felt like I had just borrowed someone's seven year old car which hadn't been cleaned inside or out in months. The interior was filthy: greasy fingerprints all over the touchscreen and console, the steering wheel and virtually everything I touched was tacky/sticky, crumbs/debris in the door handle, and the interior of the windshield was just a cloudy mess. The windshield wipers didn't really work at all and on a 20º day in winter, that's just downright dangerous. I wouldn't just avoid this location, I might just avoid Enterprise altogether if this is their version of quality at top-dollar rates.
