Excellent experience with Enterprise Car Rental. This was a very last-minute situation because I needed to move my belongings from one place to another and urgently needed a full-size SUV. I came to this location and was impressed by the variety of vehicles they had available. The entire process was incredibly smooth — I was checked in and out in less than 5 minutes. The staff were efficient, friendly, professional, and made everything stress-free during a hectic day. Truly appreciated how quick and easy they made the experience. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great service and efficiency.
The manager at the Millennium Park location - Zach Duffy, was exceptionally helpful to renters. Despite the busy holiday season, he ensured we had a car for our trip and remained incredibly kind throughout. A big shoutout to him and the entire team working there!!!
Had a very good experience with enterprise at this location. Arrived earlier than anticipated but my car was ready to go and I was able to get on the road, the car was as clean as the average rental and in good condition. Zach was very courteous and helpful, and was clear in his rundown of costs and after-hours return process.

I just had a short rental experience last weekend at this place. The staff were super helpful, shout out to Connor especially for being patient and efficient to every customers. It's my first rental here in Chicago, there was not a lot of places to choose in downtown area so will definitely mark this spot for my future trips. The car that I got wasn't like brand new (32k mileage) though but might just be bad timings.
I’d give a zero if I could. For starters, we showed up 20 minutes early to our check in time. Received a car 45 minutes past our check in time, it was on Empty with 30miles left. The employee helping us was coughing and wiping his snotty nose with his bare hands and doing farmer blows in the parking lot. Will not use enterprise again.
Picked up the night before needed as was leaving before open in the morning. 40 min to be seen after arriving at my scheduled time (the staff member was very nice/ apologetic). Specifically booked an SUV for the needs of my trip and none were available even though I had reserved one. Got offered an 'upgrade' to a premium sedan for the same cost, which was a nice car but not an SUV. The car was also just returned so hadn't been cleaned/ detailed/ vacuumed at all. Again, they staff member offered to give it a quick detail and clean for me, but having already waited 40 min I was ready to get out and home. Overall not a great service, for a car I hadn't booked and paid additional for over a standard sedan.
Amazing and Professional. Ben was wonderful. He was exceptional. The car worked for my needs as a realtor. He answered and provided directions for support when I got a flat tire. This is my place for car rentals. You will be pleased with the service.
The staff at this enterprise is out of this world! One of the hubcaps on my rental popped off, the team assured me they'd take care of it and waived the fee to return the car to an alternate location. Good people :)
We came on a 5-night, 6-day trip and only needed a rental car for one day. However, after we had paid, installed a car seat for our baby, and were about to drive out, they told us we couldn’t leave unless we rented the car for the full duration until the return date on our itinerary. When we questioned this, they simply said it was their policy. When we asked to see the policy, they told us to look it up online, wasting two hours of our time. This was the worst rental company experience ever. Even one star is too generous.
