I made a reservation online. It was confirmed. But when I went to get my car at my appointment time they said they didn't have one for me. It was majorly inconvenient. They didn't try to coordinate with a different enterprise to fulfill my reservation. They just said they'd try to call me back when they were scheduled to get a car (~4 hours after my original appointment). They never called. The website should have never been able to list cars they didn't have.
I’d like to give a shout out to two special people, Lindsey and Conor! Even though I had to cancel my reservation last minute (which I truly apologize I’m sorry), their customer service skills are the best I’ve seen in any car rental service. I needed a minivan last minute and Conor went above and beyond to get me one within the next hour. I really appreciate this from and in the future I’ll always call them only if I need a rental.
I am very happy with the services of this place, especially with the attention of the assistant Connor. Due to personal problems I arrived a little later than closing and he waited for me. Also when I arrived the attention was wonderful, he made the whole service easy and simple. I am very grateful for the understanding and attention given to this place. I would recommend it as a reference place for car rentals. Thank you very much for your attention!
They close at 6pm but their reservations let you book literally right at 6pm. Whoever was working either left before 6pm or immediately at 6pm because we arrived at this location at 6:05 and the office was dark and locked up, obviously causing us to miss our car rental. It would be one thing if we were a half hour late, but if this is genuinely the time they are locked up and out completely then they shouldn’t allow reservations at that exact minute! Way to ruin an entire weekend of plans.
I had a fantastic experience with this agency. The staff were friendly, efficient, helpful. 10/10 recommendation.
Zero Stars! Reserved an SUV, when i arrived they had 1 car, an 8 year old KIA with 65,000 miles, shortly after leaving I discovered it was not road worthy. I called 3 Enterprise locations along my 200 mile route, none would help. To top it off, they charged $97/day for a car hardly worth $10,000. Shame on you Enterprise. Reservation # 94DXQB

We had reserved a car well in advance and when I arrived at the downtown Chicago location, there were no cars available. Zach Duffy tried to accommodate myself and 3 other renters. 1 car was returned and rented to the first person in line. He was trying to have cars delivered from another site but they would not before he was slated to close So Zach drove us to the Goose Island location, and arranged vehicles for the remaining 3 renters. He was great but Enterprise should be confirming a reservation when there is a possibility that no car would be available
Connor and Zack were really great. Fast and efficient, while upbeat, friendly and professional. I didn’t expect that level of service from a big city parking garage location and was pleasantly surprised how upscale they made the experience feel.
I have rented car here many times and am very happy with the service. The office is located on the 3rd floor. There are signboard which floor is office, i struggle to find it everytime. Zach, it would be helpful if u put up the signboard in the lifts.
