I bought over 10 different sheets and I wanted one but it didn’t have the price tag on it they refused to sell it to me I even asked if she could charge me the as if I was buying the most expensive sheet they had I would pay for it and refused. Smh No manager on duty and looong lines hardly no Halloween costumes they definitely need to have a manager on duty and price what they get for free to sell to PAYING customers makes no sense to not make the company money
The store Manger acts like if it's her store, like if the CEO/ owner is going to leave her everything. She wouldn't sell me anything thinking prices were wrong. There are some clothes that are over price with tears and holes, but some good quality clothing are cheaper, they should enforce changing price tags instead of being lazy, using stables. I'm sure the store makes thousands of dollars off people that donate. I don't know maybe the employees like what I'm buying and keep them for themselves! Store is very disorganized, I rather shop at Goodwill where they treat their customer happy!
I went to the thrift today and I had a good visit, I needed a sweater and a scarf when I was done with tht, I went to the front by the cashier, I realized I needed some cream for my hands so I started browsing in the glass counters for some cream as I was looking, a women by the name of Sally approached me and asked if I wanted to see some things ,I said yes I need some cream because my hands get very dry, so she said "yes I will help you", I just have to say she went above and beyond to help me find the right cream she took alot of different creams and products to find the best choice she was very nice and sweet very kind hearted I just adored her.Thanks so much Sally!! We need more people like you in this world. ❤👍😊
Should have looked through pics on web site before posting them. I've found nice things there but they aren't very thrifty at all. And when you find something you want and there is no price on it, you should not have to wait till next day to go back to buy it. There should be some type of manager on site that can price it right then! It's not like it has to go back in inventory! If it happens one more time I guarantee I will take the 200. I spend there every two weeks and go somewhere else! That's nothing but BS.
I use to like this store but today I was trying on shirts and I had a back pack with me that I use as a diaper bag for my child I took it with me in the dressing room because I have my purse in their well as I’m walking out of the dressing room the cashier a skinny light complected girl with glasses is waiting for me saying I need to leave my back pack at the front register I told her ok I didn’t know and she took it from me as I’m paying I told her if she wanted to look inside to make sure I wasn’t stealing she said no but her tone and demeanor was very rude it was like she was accusing me of stealing the way she was waiting for me outside the dressing room very unprofessional will not shop here again
When my daughter and I had a emergency because my mom was being rushed to the hospital and left our carts they followed us out saying we had stole even when I had left my purse and went to get from them showing I had not I couldn’t find my car keys and I know they had them and they never did return them not only did I not get to the hospital before my mom passed but I had to pay 160 to get keys made . These people are rude heartless and could care less about there customers
The store has a variety of stuff, clothes for men, women and kids, shoes, toys, electronics, books, candles, candle holders, picture frames, and a lot more stuff you can use to decorate your apartment or home. I wouldn't recommend buying electronics from this store because sometimes it work and sometimes it don't.
The worst thrift store ever...they wouldn't sell me one pair of jeans because the tag came off while trying them in,then claimed the other pair didn't have a tag either(when it did)...the lady was rude and kept pretending to not speak English(when I heard her moments before)don't waste your time here
Some not bad clothing for women and children, but be prepared to spend hours as the cashiers are extremely slow and can take up to a half hour a custom. Also make sure you know your size as items have tags that prevent you from trying things on. Not one of the better thrift shops in San Antonio.
The workers at this location were very rude and had a disgusting attitude! One of the workers told me my 3 year old autistic son could not play with the toys in his hands They Had to be in the basket ! They also take the tags off of items to keep them for themselves .
