I've tried to give this place a chance. It's kinda organized by color. Sizing not so much. Prices are a bit high. You could go to DDs and get clothing and housewares at the same prices but new. The staff is really awful. Rude and arrogant. I was cussed at today in Spanish because a staff person bummed into me while I was standing still. This is South Texas... We all know the cuss words in Spanish. Due to rudeness I won't go back.

The prices are WAY too high for items you guys got for FREE! You’re here to support low income families who can’t afford to buy new. You might as well buy new at this point, it’s almost the same price and it hasn’t been worn. Saw a camisole today for $10.57 it doesn’t matter the condition, brand, color, or material, it shouldn’t be more than $5. You got it for free and it’s USED!

Line is always long here. Also they don’t organize by size so it’s hard to fine sizing you are looking for.

The workers in this location are some of the rudest people I've ever encountered. They walk right into you and expect you to move out of their way. They don't say excuse me when they are restocking. They're even rude to children.

I love our family thrift on goliad rd. It has a lot of things, clothes shoes and hand bags to name a few. The store has unique things and the store is always clean and stocked. The cashier by far is the friendliest and very helpful. Thank you family thrift!

The women in here don't speak English. Which is okay but when you think it's alright to talk to customers about other customers just because you think they don't understand us not altight. That is totally unprofessional. As I walked out to wait in the car. The younger one yelled at a customer paying and asked her to translate because her customer didn't understand Spanish. My nephew was trying to purchase some cd's that were taped together. It didn't have a price. She couldn't communicate that because she only spoke Spanish. My nephew called me and I went back inside to help translate. Then I hear her talking saying my nephew was stupid because he doesn't speak Spanish. Well, hello. You don't speak English. So what does that make you. After walking out, not one but two customers came out to tell me she was telling them that my nephew and I, "No son miedra, vola de pendejos." I went back inside and asked for a Manager's name and number. The blond one turned to the younger one and said no les des nada. She then proceeded to ignore us and called the next customers. That's when another man walking out said, "I hope you report them, they said the young man you were with was stealing." After waiting 10 minutes my son went to look for another worker which gave me the name but didn't have the manager's number. I thanked her and left. I will call Manager Alva but I can guarantee nothing will be done. Because from the looks of it and people's faces and comments. They have had to deal with poor customer service here before.
