Asked one cashier how much was the price. She told me that It would be half off because it was damaged. When I got to the front of the line I got the other cashier. She said I would have to ask the manager Haite. I was not asking for a price reduction I was told that it would be reduced because it was damaged. Very unprofessional.
Horrible horrible experience And I actually like this place. I went to find a dress but I had both my small sons with me. After I found my stuff we went to the dressing room where you can go in with a stroller so I could bring my cart in cause much toddler was sitting in it with my stuff. 10 mins later a worker comes and I hear her say you can't have the cart in there. I respond and say ok. But I couldn't take it out cause I was undressed and my child was in it with my belongings. So she comes to my door bangs on it, startles my kids and says it again louder. Upset now I yell back I heard you but I can't put it out there. After I got out I checked around if there was signs anywhere saying this rule and there are none. I understand and obey rules so if that is ya rule put the sign up. I wish I got her name because she went back and forth with me arguing for a couple of mins before I came out the dressing room. Very unprofessional and rude. Big place. Lots of clothes. Some are to pricey for a hand me down store.
We were looking for khakis, just found one, but usually we find good deals in this store.They are currently under construction, so there are no dressing rooms available, which is an inconvenience for the customers. On they plus side, they have not close due to construction or expansion.
I was used to the prices at the Family Thrift Outlet and wrongly assumed the prices were the same. I headed to the checkout counter with a lot of clothes and imagine my surprise. The total was nearly $100. Now that I understand the prices, I will shop more carefully.
I’m not embarrassed to say that I shop at a thrift store. You have no idea of all The top brands and good quality items you can find their. quality items. Ever since I was introduced to a thrift store I don’t think I’ve ever walked into a department store unless it’s for a special occasion a gift or so.
I did not like at all. Although everything was very neat and not all cluttered like most thrift stores. I didnt like that they had very limited baby clothes and nothing was sectioned off showing the sizes so had to look at the whole rack to find my sons size . Everthing was pricey for a thrift store.
I love this store every visit not a disappointment, only bad thing about the place no restroom. So if you go on a Sunday after church and lunch make sure you use the restroom. Lol other than that awesome place

Lots of good brand names, but the prices seem a little high. The checkout lines are long and you have to take all of the hangers off before you go to the register. I always find something I can't live without when I come here.
One of the absolutely cleanest thrift stores I have ever been to (including family thrift centers in other cities). Absolutely excellent selection of clothes (more of a clothes thrift store, with minimal home items/furniture/other goods). Appropriately cheap as one would expect a thrift store to be. Will return.
