I found some great deals however, as we were in line to check out a man carrying a toddler followed by a little girl around 6yo riding a scooter that they wanted to buy. Unfortunately the lady at the register couldn't find a price on it so she wouldn't sell it. Naturally the little girl started sobbing and crying quietly as they left. I immediately walked up to the cashier and asked is they could get a mgr to give a price? I even offered $10 for the scooter but they refused and would not call or look for a mgr. Finally, they asked ME to walk to the back and look for the mgr. I found her and put a price of 5.85 on the scooter but by the time that I walked back out the family was GONE! I was so upset that the employees wouldn't try to resolve this to prevent CRUSHING this little girl's hopes of getting her scooter. SHAME ON YOU, you mean hearted people!!!

The prices they set are ridiculous and random. 17.51, 3.93, 5.45, 7.57... maybe they use a bingo cage for the pricing but it was unclear to me that those were the prices because they are way too expensive and written in, like, crayon. Idk. They use security tags for shoes and pin them together, and imo heavily damages the shoe. I used alcohol to remove the "crayon" price and it ate the logo. C'mon now. 🤦‍♀️ Line stayed long to check out. The person at the register wasn't chipper and would not budge on pricing. I tried to get a discount for a wallet that didn't have the strap. (If it was fairly priced, I wouldn't have bargained.) They only have sales on Sundays and idk what it even is. Would go back only if they were the last store on earth that had the item I wanted.

I come here sometimes casually to just browse around for clothes. But the one time I actually need a specific thing, it’s listed for $89.95. It’s an unbranded, long black coat put on the floor for anyone to get. The only tag on it said “ Made in Yugoslavia”. When I asked a worker the price that I was seeing was not a typo, she took it from me because “ this was meant to be behind the cash register since it’s a premium item. A completely unbranded coat, at a regular ahhh thrift store, for $89.95.

Good selection, questionable prices. Don’t go to this thrift store unless you want to be made fun of by the Spanish speaking workers. I truly only would go here with my friends to hangout and look for clothes to buy, but i personally don’t recommend it, workers will make fun of you in Spanish. One of the times i went recently a Spanish speaking worker told me ‘no money?’ and laughed thinking i had no money to pay. They talk bad about their customers in Spanish, bad customer service. They never say ‘thank you’, ‘bye’, ‘welcome’, or even ‘you’re welcome’ the few times Ive said ‘thank you!’. Restrooms are locked to the public. I’ve gone here at least 100’s of times with my friends just for the clothes, customer service is TRASH, not once of those 100’s of times I’ve went that any of the cashiers or employees ever talked to me or made conversation, the employees give you DIRTY looks like they have to me and my friends. Don’t go here unless you wanna feel constantly judged and given dirty looks by stingy employees.

I can't stand this place I literally walked in the store with my backpack and I offered to put it by the register so they don't think I'm stealing the other day when I went and like I don't get it why there is no restrooms!!!!!!!!!! What if an employee that works there or a customer really has to use the restroom oh I'm sure as hell they will open it for the worker but not the paying customer!!!!! So pathetic and what about the females that need to change out their feminine products or have young kids that need a diaper changed or need to go potty!!!!! I feel bad for them. That's not right at all!!!!! And especially since the store is a very good size area how do they not expect people to use the restroom!!!! Please this place needs to get organized with the inside and the workers or rules and fixed right !!!

Do not go to this place If you are with your kids! A lady who works there, stare at my children like they are doing a crime, and ask me something in Spanish, and I just say yes, when I hear the Spanish word “Niño”, and then all of a sudden, they called us out over their PA, and then again by the cashier. I feel, they could have done something in a more respectful way! Never going again to this place!!! They don’t greet you and say Thank you!!

This location is huge and it's mostly tons of clothes. For the most part I was seeing really good pricing on clothes compared to other thrift stores. I appreciated the set up of the store and how the clothes were organized by type and color. This location didn't feel claustrophobic or overly cluttered, but the home goods section was VERY messy and unorganized with aisles that are too narrow. It really feels like this location doesn't care about their home goods section.

This place is so crazy, the prices make absolutely no sense. And the staff mostly doesn't speak any english or are really rude. I got a pair of almost new TUKs for $3 ( these shoes run about 60 dollars at the cheapest) and saw a pair of incredibly beaten up black Vans for $13! I was speechless honestly. Also dont bother downloading the app, it tells you, you get a 5% off discount on Sundays just for using it but the workers don't understand anything about it and won't honor it. All in all, if you have some time to kill and dont mind going through everything to find the few items worth buying, check it out.

I was shopping for a dress for a very special occasion, so I wa being very thorough and I picked every dress I thought would be a good choice. I had a pair of shoes that I was trying to find a dress toat h the color. This thrift store chain isnt one of my favorite because they only sort the clothes by type and color.. so I had to go through the whole section to find my size which takes forever. So I was in the process of picking my clothes and I was taking them off the rack and putting the racks on the side of my cart. I have to take them off the rack to try them on anyway. An older lady that works there kept walking by me and looking at me giving me this look. So then she comes up to me and tell me that I can't take the clothes off the rack. So. I go to a different section and I'm looking at dresses. And then other employees are coming to the section I'm in I guess to check if I'm taking stuff off the the rack. And I also noticed that the employees were talking about me in Spanish. They were not aware that I could understand them. So by this time I had a good amount of things in my cart. And by the time my friend came to pick me up I had s whole cart full. So I grabbed what I was going to buy without trying on and I left the rest and walked to the register with my friend. When we left they were complaining that I had put all the stuff in my cart and wasn't going to buy it me well if the racks are to be taken off at the register and I wasn't about to buy these clothes without trying them on I told my friend and we walked out. They were angry and saying not so nice things and we walked out. I would not recommend shopping here at all. I will never again . And I will also advise my friends not to. And this was the location on bandera rd.
