Absolutely the worst customer service ever! You have to ask for a key for the bathroom which took 15 mi utes to open and one of the co workers was e trembly rude. The manager did NOTHING to stop her from calling me names. 8would not recommend!
I love that it's color coordinated and I always find something that I want or need either for me or my grandkids.
First time here at Family Thrift Center we found a whole bunch of different cool items.Very helpful employees.Shout out to Brandy awesome cashier.Im color blind and was having a hard time figuring out the prices, they use I was told a red marker and I was not the only one having a problem seeing the prices.Some items were a bit pricey but that's my opinion.
12 people in line and 1 cashier??? Management, you can do better than this. People do not have 45 minutes to stand in line. Not a 50% off day either. Monday at 11:00am.
How come there's only one cashier? She was great! But jeez the line!! That's a health hazard! You absolutely need more cashiers!! Poor lady..... please do something about it!
Isabell was very rude and does not know the terms of proper customer service nor does she show the skill to be in a position of power. Just another “family” owned store with toxic workers.
This is one sad unhappy, depressing, atmosphere. Staff is less than helpful and uninviting. Welcome to the Communist Thrift Store, a few signs posted state, No public Restroom, Remove Hanger from Clothing, Keep children supervised and from yelling or you will be asked to leave the store. Just my opinion but, maybe the management needs to keep the store from smelling like a dirty hamper in a gym locker.
The credit card machine is out of order and the customer line is too long. Also I have no idea what the price tag discount color of the day is. But, I give two stars bc it is a nice cooling center when the summer heat is too much to tolerAte.
This place has the worst atmosphere. That staff is rude their toys are broken, the clothes I saw for $5 were tore and just garbage. Things that don't have price tags would not be sold at all. I guess they don't need the make money. They don't seem like very honest people. Very shady
I was greeted with smiling faces. Plenty of things to go through. Each find that makes you smile is like a little treasure. My only complaint is there are no size tags so you jus have to go through them one at a time and hope that sizes are group together
