Clothes are meticulously sorted by color - but not by size. You are likely to need quite a while to find anything that fits properly. And there is no bathroom for customers to use, so empty your bladder before you go!

Too much merchandise—nothing particularly valuable, and everything in disarray.

I absolutely love this place. It's like I go on a treasure hunt every time I go there. The atmosphere is very welcoming and warm. It's nice and clean and spacious. Bright. Their staff is wonderful. They have great customer service. The lions in there do get extremely long but the workers do hustle to get you out. This place is a must go to for shopping...

Love coming here. Always a great experience to shop here. The store is neatly organized and customer service is helpful. Prices are great! They have a nice selection of clothes for everyone. Love that they have the clothes color coded which helps finding your clothes faster. You can find all sorts of housewares, toys, and books in there back section of the store. Its best to get there early so you have a chance on finding the good stuff!

Wow! It was my first time here and I was overwhelmed. So many different colors of clothing everywhere, that I was able to find what I was looking for. There are dressing rooms which make thrifting easier for me. I have that awkward size that things don’t fit well. The cashiers and shoppers were super pleasant to interact with. I will definitely be coming back.

Just the usual at this location, with police on the scene. Evening staff and customers arguing. Floor personnel, cashiers, lacking courtesy, customer service skills, and retail experience on dealing with patrons, walk around speaking Spanish bad things about customers, yelling at them to "hurry up" and GET OUT! At closing time, half hour before they close. The store has a cliqueish staff, from the manager, floor picker uppers, to cashiers. Six police showed up, and this is THE NORM, AFTER SIX PM UNTIL CLOSING, at this location. The cashiers separate and hold the best jewelry and brazenly just slip onto their hands rings, bracelets, etc. And leave them on. In the back, employees separate items for friends, family, and then wheel out the basket to someone outside swinging doors, and they in turn, just go to register, to pay for the seperated items. If your NOT Latino, you will be treated rudely and made to feel unwelcome.

I really enjoyed my trip to Family Thrift Store recently! I stopped in for the first time in many years. The store was well stocked with many donations, was clean, well organized and is a very large store so many depts to go thru. I came away with some pretty inexpensive items for a small fraction of the cost had I gone somewhere else. The young woman who assisted me explained a discount program they have. Be sure to ask about it while visiting there.

Every Sunday the line is long which is a good thing for the store profits But only 1 sometimes 2 cashiers and that is not a good thing! More cashiers would be better on Sundays especially with people flooding the store to cash in on their loyalty points, with that said keep the points- I'll keep going during the week. Still my favorite Thrift store!!

I get that rules are in place to prevent theft (of product that's donated to them, for the cost of nothing, as of theyre losing money to begin with), but you see me with a new born child, I'm not about to leave my child's diaper bag up front for the store to feel safe. I literally just got done changing my son's diaper and they wanted to act like I was stealing. Long story short, don't come here if you have a baby and a diaper bag for them. Only thing that they had problem with was that the diaper bag had straps. There's things my son needs at a moments notice when out in public, they're smoking crack if they think I'm going to leave his diaper bag up front and come back and forth any time I need to get something for my child. Lost more money messing with me than if they just let it go.
