Very Clean and organized. Also, the 2 times I have visited it has not had that over powering smell of disinfectant spray that the thrift stores usually smell like. One thing to note, the prices are a bit higher than other thrift stores. For example, a nice pair of used Jean's are $12.00, a nice used pull over sweater $9.59. Example of other prices average between $2.52 - $7.57.
Got out of work a bit later… tried shopping before the Friday fiesta festivities, and the lady stopped us from shopping at 8:37pm, and forced us to stop shopping… horrible, disgusting appreciation for customer sales, and money… for what, to get out a few minutes earlier… shame… 05/01/25
This was my second visit, since they redid the store. Plenty of parking space. The merchandise mix is okay, the menswear is limited, but plenty if kids clothes and ladies clothes. I like the full figure selection. Prices are varied, so I was able to find something good in what I was looking for. The staff was nice and friendly.
Just wasted my time shopping here. Most of the stuff it doesn't have a price on it and when you ask if they could just match the price. For example if a t-shirt is $4 just sell me a t-shirt for $4 but they refuse to sell you stuff if it doesn't have a price. If you're going to sell donated items don't be stingy about it just price match. If you're selling a hat for $4 sell me the other hat that doesn't have a price tag $4 don't just tell me we can't sell you this cuz it doesn't have a price tag. A bunch of scums. Don't go to this thrift store it's a big waste of time trying to buy stuff that doesn't have a price tag. All I wanted was a few shirts and a Nerf guns. Some of the shirts and Nerf guns weren't price so I just said just match the price and they refuse. So I just spend 2 hours of my life just for the thrift store not to sell me their donated items what a joke
The worst excuse for service on the planet. As i was walking to the register removing the hangers from the clothing i wished to purchase at 9:05pm. They had a customer in front of me and quickly closed both registers and said they wouldn't check me out because they were closed. They refused to sell me what i had spent the last 30 minutes of my time choosing. I go to this store at least three times per week, rather i "went" to this store three times per week. Why would they refuse service to me is beyond me and i have never been treated like such a burden. With huge signs that say they are Open i would suggest not to give them your business because they simply don't want it!!!! Huge mistake as me and everyone i know will never come to this place again!
I 💜 the merchandise, always find something cool, but the staff... unreasonably rude. Family Thrift's checkout policy requires customers remove hangers from clothes. Not many stores have that rule and it slipped my mind completely. When I reached the register, the clerk shook her finger at me and hit the counter with her palm saying "No hangers. Take off the hangers." The rude, condescending attitude I was hit with was overkill. I had 3 items😒 Always an adventure everytime I visit this location, lol. Customer service isn't the easiest or most rewarding occupation, I get it, but to be subjected to bad attitudes and eye rolls isn't what I pay for. Great finds, but the service needs attention.
I love the store. I get great bargains at a very low prize. The jewelry is amazing. For all of us that are in a budget, it a life saver. Beautiful women clothes!!They come a long way. Everything in the store catches my eyes!!!
I love this thrift store! They have a great selection and good prices, how ever the staff is all rude and they seem like they hate their job. If you have time to look through the racks I recommend going. Every encounter with staff I guarantee will be awful, just a heads up.
I was very surprised by the selection here. the prices for some things were a little bit steep but they also had some really nice, quality items that I wouldn't mind paying extra for (especially considering some of the dismal offerings at other thrift stores lately). the only complaint I really have is that they're sorted to be no sorting for different sizes. the separate but type of clothing (women's, men's, children's) but not all the sizes are all mixed in with each other.
Over price clothing .. no one speaks English only Spanish...like it be nice to speak some little English
