I have Medicaid, but bruv, answer the phone. No one answers the phone and they always say that the mailbox is full. Is anyone even working there or just an empty office space??
I can’t even get into contact with anyone about which Medicaid I have to go to the doctor to make a appointment for my unborn child and haven’t received any mail with my insurance card.
Do not use the Logisticare Transportation Company....they will not pick you up. They make the appointment then do not show up to take you to your appointments. They are horribly rude and nasty on the phone as well.
honestly i’ve been calling since october 2019 it’s now february 2020 . i don’t understand how to get in connect about a bill i need help with . no one answers the phone , no answers my emails . it’s frustrating and unprofessional.

Georgia Medicaid is a joke. My son is almost 6 months old now and his Medicaid still isn’t active. Cant get anyone on the phone. Cant use the website at all. Waste of tax payer dollars.
Can never get anyone when you call. I have been calling this place for months and not one time someone has answered. I have left messages and no call back. I can't leave messages anymore because the voicemail box is full. No surprise there.
They should be ashamed in making changes across the board from what my pharmacy is telling me in not covering allergy meds like or similar to Flonase/Fluticasone Propionate...
