GA Department Health and Human Services.....calling about information on GA Medicaid. There are three separate information phones numbers. In calling all three the message said to leave a message....all three mail boxes are full.....
If I could give you a negative 100,000,000, I would your customers service is a joke, transfer after transfer after transfer, no one can understand or answer a simple question,Geez how difficult is it to just do your jobs, and stop passing people around to try and locate someone with 1/2 a braincell.
I have been calling and calling and I can not get anyone on the phone.Cant leave a voicemail because the "mailbox is full". I'm trying to cancel my Georgia Medicaid since I'm moving to another state and need to get my son that states Medicaid. This is so frustrating.
All I needed was a form that I was told to call their number and get. After 2+ hours of trying to talk with someone that knew what we needed I still didn't have the form. I have NEVER had a worse experience with anyone else ever!
So Medicaid is forcing the COVID 19 VACCINATION on the people! Therapist are being forced to take it or get terminated from their jobs! I don't understand why Medicaid thinks they can do this, it goes against the constitution and every right we have! This needs to stop, vaccines are a choice and should stay as such! We the people fund everything in the USA everything! From bottom to top, and Medicaid is funded by the people for the people! So why are our employees trying to force things upon their employer's! We as a nation should not let this tyrrany fly! Call your local government officials and let's all let our voices be heard!
Getting a hold of someone is near IMPOSSIBLE! I did manage (after 4 days of trying, today took 10 different calls) to get a hold of someone but the call was disconnected. They didn’t call me back even though they have my number. The automated system doesn’t work, options I needed bounced back to the main menu.
Really sad to know our country AND state really do not want us to have health insurance, even women who are pregnant. I literally get money taken out of my paychecks every 2 weeks to not even get these people to approve my application. Literally heartbreaking to be an American. We are all desperate for affordable care and no one at all cares. Try to convince me America cares about us. They don't. This country is running itself into the ground.
One ring and then a beep. My daughter was in a two vehicle collision, Dec. 2015. I was working and had insurance through my job. Her lawyer for the wreck, informed me, Medicaid of Ga had to be paid out of her settlement. She was a minor at the time. I didn't have Medicaid on my daughter. I can't get in touch with anyone from Medicaid of Ga, to dispute that false bill, and to get a copy of it. The lawyer said, Medicaid is asking for $11,000, and they said they will still need an additional, $268.35. My daughter had a CT scan. I know Medical Billing and Coding. THERE IS NO WAY, A CT SCAN AND ONE DANG TYLENOL CAN COME TO A BILL OF $11, 268.35, AND I WAS CHARGED $600, OUT OF POCKET WITH MY INSURANCE CONPANY, AND THEY PAID THE BALANCE OF $2,000, AND SOME CHANGE.
Can’t speak to anyone worth speaking to, can’t get a disabled child’s much needed therapy addressed. And NO ONE there wants to help you. They get paid to tell you they can’t help you and provider services refuses to have a actual person they can contact. Georgia medicaid for disabled children is crap. And they will tell you point blank that they won’t help you. Complete joke! If you could give ZERO stars that’s what they would get.
I’ve been on hold since august… seriously tho… this has been the most frustrating process.. and I’ve been on multiple Medicaid states over the years and ATL is the hardest process of them all.. You can’t reach anyone and your “case worker” never calls you or calls you back!
