No real person ever.

I’ve been trying to get Medicaid for my son for over four months no one in this office is willing to help or do their jobs
GA Medicaid is nothing but a thief in the middle of the night. They just pretty telling you to die.
I have called several times to speak with someone about Medicaid for my son. No one will ever pick up the phone, it’s so irritating. I applied about 3 months ago. This is ridiculous
The online service is disgraceful. With the election coming up I will be casting my vote for whoever can clean this mess up. I would be ashamed to let anyone know I worked here. So many people in our state suffering because of this rampant incompetence.
Don't even try calling. I have called multiple times and I just get the "this caller has a voicemail box that has not been set up yet." every time.
Completely incompetent. Can't answer any phone calls, always redirect you to another number, and can't even take a voicemail. If I could, I'd give them zero stars.
