I believe I may have found my new go-to Goodwill store. It was love at first sight as I was able to find some pretty nice bargains. Also, customer service was at its best! Kudos to Carla and Felicia! Keep up the good work ladies.
This goodwill store has a lot of goodies but has a real problem. There is a certain family that sits in the store the whole day harrasing other shoppers. This family are in good rapport with the stuffs and even seems to know what is being rolled out prior. I have witnessed them pushing around some senior citizens there who are trying to shop too. When a cart is rolled out, they push everybody around to get to the cart, especially when they have been told the content of the cart by the stuff prior. This kind of gesture us totally unacceptable especially when they desrespect seniors. In most cases they dont even buy all the stuff they collect. They even help the stuffs to reshelved the items left in the carts that earns them favor with the stuffs
I walked in and was called out half way down the aisle and told I could not wear my packpack purse. The lady told me that I had to keep it in my car or she would hold on to it, Nope! There were several women that walked in with over sized purses and she did not call them out just me. I just came from another goodwill and wasn't told anything about not being able to have my bag. Won't be back to this location. I
All the Goodwill stores I have gone to with my wife have been very empty electronics wise. This particular one in Bedford had a lot of stuff but mainly the pricing was extremely high for a resale shop. I am starting to believe that Goodwill is no longer a non-profit but a for profit organization. As for the clothing it seems to me that they are removing the discount color tags before the next color sale so there is no discount clothes available when people come to purchase them if you come late in the week before they close you can watch them remove the discount colored tags for the next week's sale which I found extremely odd. We used to love going thrift store shopping but it is becoming more of a waste of time.
THRIFTING It’s not like it used to be THEY HAVE TAKEN THE FUN OUT OF IT DO TO HIGH PRICES Its a shame how expensive the Bedford Goodwill prices are their selling donated items to the community to help the community a lot of the use things that they have you can go into the store and buy it new even cheaper or at the same cost, and on top of that no more senior discounts on Tuesday and no weekly discount deals.
Pricing at this Goodwill location is crazy high, not just overpriced. Find the next nearest Goodwill and save yourself some time and money.
This place is fantastic! I really enjoy the in-store auctions they have every Saturday around 3 o'clock the lots they sell are always put together with a lot of thought and well worth the effort of obtaining them. They are constantly putting new stuff out throughout the day. Go there and enjoy the bargains and large variety they have.
Store staff is awesome! New manager doing okay! But I agree with other reviews that guy in the back taking donations is a pain. Very picky about what he will accept and not sure that he know that 90% of his shoppers are female

I've been going to the Bedford Store for so many years. I can't wait to see their Christmas stationary decorations, so beautiful, it feels like Winter Wonderland. Fantastic job! I Love it.
