I understand the bad reviews now. Horrible customer service and communication. An item didn’t have a price and they just added a random number without asking me. Also stood at the front register for 10 minutes waiting after ringing their bell for assistance twice.
Why did they put sticker on the lens. It left sticky residue that is impossible to remove? The people who apply price tags ALWAYS put them in the worst places ..which is over the important parts!
Love this location! Staff is friendly and they usually have a decent selection to choose from. Decent upkeep compared to other locations

A huge goodwill location, in my opinion. Great selection and tons of new inventory filling the shelves the entire time I was there on a Friday!
Time for a new up date about this company I was at your Goodwill store in Bedford ,Texas. I can honestly say that I am beyond heart broken, and as well this has made me lose respect for your company Sir!!!Thier are words on your company wall, that is degrading to American Black citizen people!!!I didn't ask to be the color that I am on Jesus Christ earth.This is the color God wanted me to be. Yes, I am definitely blessed too have been chosen by our Heavenly Farther that doses not see color.The Holy Bible teaches us that we are made in Gods image!!!!! I don't understand why people are racist!! Do u understand why??I treat people like God tell us to do!!! It is very sad that the employees of your company, didn't cared enough to cleans this unholy word off the man restroom wall when they are where doing restroom cheeck!!!!!!!!!!! I have been praying that time will change people evil ways !!! I respectful explain to one of your employee kindly that if other black customers see this, they will be very unhappy and definitely angry!!! company is just taking advantage of customers kindness and people that give them free stuff. The CEO of Goodwill makes big money off all the free things people donate to the business. The restroom is always nasty and never any hand soap or paper towel. Now they make thier employees ask you for your hard earned money to donate to help thier company. Now if you ask this Goodwill to lower the price on thier product they want. OMG!!! I was shopping today and this was on their shelf with dishes. A very large dead roach. This is not the first time I have seen this.Thier have been customers bring this up to the employees and manger. I wish OSHA and the health department would just shoe up here.

I understand goodwills purpose is to sell donated items but the pricing is ridiculous, not to sound cheap but if I want to pay over $10 for a top i would go to a regular store...where it’s new and doesn’t have bleach stains. This particular location has pretty nice staff though and is very organized. Pricing is ridiculous I’m sure due to the area
Prices are ridiculous! I came to goodwill for a basket all of them are over $6 . These are used baskets! Then I found one for $2.49 and it didn’t scan and she told her manager and the manager said it wasn’t for sale and just took it? Didn’t let me buy it
Prices are crazyyyyyy at this location. Most of us are going to thrift stores to find things that we may not be able to afford otherwise. Whether or not it goes back into the community, most items are so out of thrift price ranges it defeats the purpose of thrifting. Very disappointing
