Arrived 5 minutes after 5pm and didnt want my donations. Young man said, "come back tomorrow to drop off, im very busy today"
The store manager is very rude. I checked out with 3 glasses all should of been 99 because they were unmarked she charged me $.99 for the Coca-Cola one and try to charge me 3.49 for the one that said joy and hope and said somebody could’ve taken the sticker off of those these are 3.49 I passed on those. Then she said I couldn’t take a small bench out the front door because it had blue tape on it and would have to come back to pick it up because the pick up was already closed down. The bench was very small it even fit in my cart and I had just seen a cart full of big items go through the front door, which was no problem to her. She has issues with certain customers and not others and they priced their stuff way higher than other Goodwill’s as well as put things on sale and you can’t sale them until a certain date, they also put clothing on mannequins and say not for sale! WTH My suggestion shop Goodwill and hurst. They are nothing like this. The employees and managers are amazing and they don’t put their things on display and say not for sale.
I'm super disappointed I found the cutest pair of high heels and then I looked up and saw the perfect dress to match. It was definitely one of a kind and I was excited to purchase the outfit. When I went to get the dress they told me I wasn't allowed to buy it because it was a display. An area blocked off that said display only but the dress was outside on a mannequin I didn't understand but I couldn't purchase this item it's been a long time since I've been inside a store I happen to donate all the time now I was very disappointed

Looks like it's been picked through quite a bit. Mainly just full of junk. Cabinet (in picture), had spider webs and mold in it.
Always well organized and great prices. The AC is nice in here too as it can get busy its nice to have that going. Big fan of this location!

The pricing at this goodwill has gotten out of control. I saw several items with the original price tag, and goodwill marked it 50 cents higher than the original price. They had an old bottle of Christmas hand soap marked $5. I went to pay for my unpriced handbag( $6.99 is the standard price) and I was charged 19.99!!!! They said it was because it’s “luxury handbag” the handbag was made of pleather…. I also emailed goodwill once about getting a credenza priced, when I went back to check the price it was marked $700. $700 for a piece of used and donated furniture!!! Lmao! 🤣 They also leave a “display” section full of items that seem to be priced but they don’t put out on the floor, which is annoying. And please don’t leave a reply a reply that goodwill is a charity. I shop at goodwills all around the country and many thrift shops, I’m aware of the standard pricing. Why are you charging $33 for used shoes? I will no longer be shopping at this goodwill. My favorite is the store front in Watagua and sometimes the hurst and n arlington location.
Cute stuff, but waaayyy overpriced for a thrift store. They had 2 picture frames priced at $6.49. The only problem is that 1 frame retailed for $2 and the other for $3. I asked if they would lower the price and they refused, and I left them at the store.
After checking the big stores at the mall and striking out as far as getting a coat. I went here and got just what I needed for $13. Great place to go because you never know what you'll find.
