Extremely unhelpful for people with celiac or gluten sensitivities we asked if their toppings were gluten free and for each one we asked they said “i don’t think so” and woundnt check and responded in a rude tone. there was nobody behind us in line, they had one order ahead of us. it wouldnt have killed them to check for us but they refused
I love this bubble tea shop. They can get pretty busy so if you go during a rush expect it to take a little while! The tiramisu rock salt crema milk tea is SO GOOD, it tastes like a milkshake.
Worst Happy lemon in the world . I ordered Fresh lemon honey Green tea 0% sugar , i am sure it 100% sweetness , I will get diabetes if I finish it .I ask the lady in black shirt to fix it for me . She asked me throw it away if you don’t want to keep it with a bad attitude and without an apologize … what ? Why can’t you help your customer to throw it away instead of asking your customer do it by themselves ? This is the first time and the last time …BYE
Boba tea and bubble waffles are great here. The standard is very consistent. You can expect to get your boba tea crave satisfied here. The bubble waffles here a must try too for those who’s never tried such delicacy
They messed up my order twice. When I asked if they had any matcha drinks the girls behind the counter openly made fun of us and our order. I will not be coming back to this location. Moo Bar up the street has better service and matcha.
Why do they let drinks pileup and force you to bother them to get your drink after your drink sat there for 4 minutes? Also the salted tiramisu is horrible. Tastes like some cheap ice cream. Totally ruined my drink and my opinion of haply lemon. The ube green tea smoothie was the only thing that was actually good.

The drinks were delicious, but the music in the store was extremely loud, and I had to repeat my order multiple times to the casher. Even though I liked the Canto pop that was playing, but it becomes a problem when it's so loud that you can't even hear your customers.
Gooey not crispy nor fluffy waffle. Taste like a pancake and texture alike pancake. Had to wait 24 minutes for the waffle and i was 2nd in line. Rest of people am guessing waited over half an hour. Would not recommend it.
Made us sick! I really like the Bellevue locations but so far the Seattle location hasn’t been good. The staff have been nice, but the bevs are more expensive, fewer menu options, and the taste hasn’t been as good as Bellevue. The last drinks I got from here made my daughter and I nauseous and we were sick for a few days (enough that is promoted me to get a covid test and it was negative) - very disappointing. The sickness set in within the hour of drinking the beverages - for me and my daughter. Probably won’t be going again to this location anytime soon.
