TOP NOTCH!!! I would like to thank Leo with whom I book a load from Addison Il to Great Bend -ks , which was originally suppose to pickup in Addison ( which then the shipper sent us to another location on which I notified ( Taylor Lynch ) which he was kind enough to compensate us for the extra pickup ( he kept his word and I kept him updated once truck was loaded and delivered ) . Amazing brokers i worked with Leo great guy always responsive picks up the phone right away replies on emails fast, load was exactly what he told us exact dimensions andweight no hidden tricks we had great time working with them i give them 5 stars and hope we will work more in the future.
Guy is rude to truck drivers that want to move their loads Second they pay low while they keep most of the profits for being in the office all day Truck drivers should just say no and ignore bad companies like this . Reason why they’re still ripping people off is because someone is still booking their loads that customers pay a lot to move
We booked a load with Ian. He was great with communication,paid us a fair rate. We will definitely work withj them again.
Booked a load from Des Moines, IA to Burlington, IA. Driver arrived and was told the two pickup numbers we had from this broker were incorrect. I contacted Hometown immediately and after 2 hours of waiting the shipper closed. All because this broker failed to get a pickup appointment. I was offered $50 for a TONU. After I complained, they came up to a whopping $100.
I have worked with this company twice now and both times the broker I spoke with was prompt, informative and incredibly pleasant. They were a very easy company to work with.
