Worked with these guys multiple times. Everything went smooth and anytime i had a question they answered very fast and were of much help. Great broker to work with
Worked with Luke Loads out of Baltimore MD chicken loads. Recap: we’re late to 3rd dekivery because held at second at Sysco (arrived on time) Paid late fee at third out of pocket - none were reimbursed. Luke makes up stories that we are late , even we have lumper receipts with time , in and out - all communication. If you decide to work with this guy - be careful - he will make up things to look absurd - will not accept any evidence - and will not prove anything either - just will not pay you
This company is not great. We were continually harassed by this company, and a man named Charles who was begging us to schedule freight with them. Even after we explained to him (twice) that we do not set up freight out of our location, he continued to beg us for business. We had to have out IT department block them.
A great brokerage to run lanes for. Also responds professional and promptly. We have been doing business with them for about 1 year. It is always a pleasure running lanes with them.

Attention dispatchers carriers and drivers, these people do not have any respect for us!!! they cancel our load because we refuse to be on the phone wile we driving fixing issue whit their tracking system, even that we got to their pick up 1 hr earlier, WARNING read their notes because they will look for any excuse for not to pay you!!
This brokerage is unwilling to pay us for the load we delivered even though they use an app to track the loads. We are a small business and being treated extremely unfair. I have spoke with the broker that sold the load and executives of this company. Would not recommend them
