This was our first time booking a load with HometownLX. Leo Delaney was the guy that helped me. He was very polite & helpful with the process of getting my company setup too be able to haul for them. Hometown Logistics is a good broker to run for. The communication was on point and Matthew Floyd was available anytime that I needed assistance. Check them out! I worked with this company & they provide the good Customer Service & they paying good rates for loads I recommend this company to everyone I booked the load with Matt Floyd he is good guy if you face any problem in the load they are not leave you alone they can help you solve the problem

Just hauled a load for them again yesterday and they were very friendly to work with; over the phone and via email. Any questions my driver or I had regarding the load while booking, or while being loaded, were very quickly handled by them. Would highly recommend working with Matt & Chris!

I booked a load with them for the first time with Nathan Alderson, their policy is after 3 hours of detention they pay you $35. My driver was at the reciever from 1:15pm-7:15pm and I advised him by phone before going into detention and after driver left and sent over POD with times. And now they don't want to pay the detention. When I email him he doesn't respond and when I finally got him on the phone he hunged up on me. Very unprofessional and don't follow policy on contract for detention.
Had the pleasure of working with Leo Delaney and I have to say, it was a smooth experience. Excellent company to work with. They are very professional, friendly and their response time was impeccable. Whenever I had an issue, it was resolved quickly. Will definitely work with them again. -Leo
