Gave my driver $25 for a total of 2.5 hours of detention at shipper/receiver because "They were short staffed" or just flat out did not approve. We provided all check calls, BOLS, updates very promptly. The carrier rep gave me $25 from his own pocket because he felt bad nothing was approved.

I spoke to my insurance and explain the situation there was no accident happened from my driver. The load was delivered as it was loaded. Hometown Logistics placed fraud claim on my company and also they hold my payment for that load. To just held payment they opened claim under my company . I would not recommed this company to pick up load hometown logistics llcis a fraud company. Please don’t work with this company . Cheap service and don’t pay you your hard work pay.
