Just visited in the middle of a holiday rush. So encouraging that their team was smiling, helpful, and embracing the calm, chaotic atmosphere. My go-to store. Update, I just left the store for a weekly shopping trip. Sadly there was an item not ringing up. The very pleasant cashier asked a counter part how much it was and she quoted a price, nearly double what was marked. I asked if she could double check and sadly the coworker ignored the request, took the item and walked away. Not the experience to which I am accustomed.
All Hyvee are clean or at least I haven't found one yet..people at the Service Desk are helpful and knowledgeable about the store and if they can't answer your question they will find someone who can.

Twice now I’ve tried to purchase a rotisserie chicken from this location bc I was in the area. First time— they were selling 1/4-1/2 a chicken at full rotisserie chicken price Second time- what looks to be a complete rotisserie chicken is actually just skin and bones. I was able to scrape 6oz or meat off of 2 total chickens. I’ve never had these issues at Gladstone which is my normal shopping location. Same company, totally different product
Dropped military discounts a couple years ago and have been steadily hiking prices and stopped carrying more economical sizes of items I like to buy that are available at other Hy-Vee locations. In addition, coupons are always a hassle at the self checkout but the cashiers forget to scan them and are bad at bagging. This has been years in the making but I'm fed up.
Always have all the baking products I need point one stop shopping.
The amount of selection here is fantastic. Maybe the best grocery store I’ve ever been into. My son lives nearby and he said just be careful because sometimes they have similar products in different locations throughout the store so you may have to hunt to get the exact type of flower or, some other product that you want

The Floral Department delivered the flowers to the Celebration of Life and they were very beautiful. The manager, Jennifer, is very detail oriented and made sure that the card and arrangement were exactly what we wanted. Thank you!
The Starbucks at this location can be hit or miss during the weekdays. The staff are really nice but out of the handful of times I’ve been there in the morning, they’ve messed up my order every time. My order isn’t complicated, but when I’ve spoken up, they remake it, though they seem annoyed. Positions in the service industry are the most challenging as I also work in the service industry. So when I say something, I feel bad because I don’t wanna upset anyone. However, when I pay seven dollars for a drink, I think it’s fair to expect that I get what I paid for. Seven dollars is a lot for a drink, but it’s my one tree for myself and it’s how I start my day. Interesting enough, I don’t have this issue on the weekends or in the afternoons even though the morning crew sometimes works during those times as well. Now I just got another location in the morning to avoid this altogether
