You pay premium price but don't get premium service. I had to scramble to bag my own groceries which I don't mind doing at Aldi's, but I expect more here. The cashier could have helped but she just shoved my groceries down toward me and went to the next customer. I hope I actually got all that I paid for. I stopped by customer service and they said yeah that's the way it is sorry. Very disappointed! This is a nice store. I think they should do better.
Mainly go here for meat and produce for its better quality vs Walmart or Price Chopper. Also my go to spot for flowers for my other half.
I’ve always gone out of my way to shop at this store, even though it’s 25 minutes from my house. It’s the best grocery store in town with a great selection, and I usually spend quite a bit of money here. But after tonight’s experience, I’m questioning if it’s worth it. I stopped by for a few essentials and ingredients for dinner, spending around $260. When I got home and started cooking, I realized an entire bag of groceries was missing. When I called, I spoke to a gentleman who confirmed my bag was still at the store, explaining that the cashier hadn’t given it to me. Unfortunately, he offered no apology or empathy for the situation—even after I mentioned I was in the middle of cooking and live 25 minutes away. My husband ended up driving back to get the bag, and he was met with the same lack of concern from customer service. The employee reiterated that it was the cashier's responsibility to ensure customers receive all their bags, but again, no apology was offered. When my husband politely suggested an apology would be appreciated, all the employee could say was that he would “speak with the cashier.” It’s disappointing because while the store itself is great, the customer service clearly doesn’t live up to the motto, "a friendly smile in every aisle." Great products and selection are important, but customer service matters, too.
The cleanliness is certainly a plus, making any visit more enjoyable. It's wonderful that they consistently stock necessary items. Such a reliable establishment is a valuable asset to the community. Knowing you can find what you need provides peace of mind..

I just love going into a store and feeling unappreciated for my patronage. Today I went to check out the lady that checked me out never asked for my shopper card phone number heck I had to bag my own groceries did I mention I actually went through a checkout line not self checkout. When was the last time you had to go through a checkout line that wasn't self checkout and bag your own groceries she didn't have a problem bagging the gal that was right behind me. I'll stick with Price chopper
You gotta try the Hibachi Grill. It is new. It taste soo Delicious! Hot and fresh! It is definitely gonna be my new regular meal once a week or twice a week!
Parking lot is typically always a traffic jam. The pharmacy is always slow and has long lines. Edit: place still sucks always SLOWWWWWWW AND LONG PHARMACY LINES Update 4/15/2025: Still typically slow.
One of my favorite places to do my weekend grocery trips, store is kept clean and the staff is efficient with the amount of traffic they get. The one guy at the customer service desk, Marcus I believe, is always particularly helpful when I get my lottery tickets, he's always very friendly and was very helpful navigating those scratcher ticket vending machines. I'll make sure to give him a cut if I ever win.
