Beer tastes very European! We loved that!
James and the team are always a pleasure! As a Waldo resident it's so nice to have this business in our neighborhood and all the community organizations they support.
This is one of my favorite breweries. I love their German inspired beers. They have an indoor and outdoor space, which is great for groups or just a few and is kid and dog friendly. Their food is equally delicious.
If you come with the expectation that you are getting a mediocre picnic, you may enjoy this. If you want to eat a meal, go someplace else.
KC Bier Co has such an amazing atmosphere. The outdoor patio/garden area is kid friendly, dog friendly and big so there is plenty of space to sit. It rained during my visit and the covered patio was perfect to drink a beer (I had the hefeweizen and Pilsner, both I would highly suggest) and chat with friends. I also would suggest the pretzel. It comes with 4 different dipping sauces and is huge. 10/10 will visit again.

What a cool place for atmosphere, great beer and exceptional service. I never ate there but Brice was my Barman. And he was kind, friendly and humored my small talk on where I should stay in KC for the night. Not just was Brice an ambassador to KC Bier but also to Kansas City. I’ll be right back! Thank you for the experience today!
Went October fest KC and they ran out of their apple cider on Saturday night. Bad planning. I ate the KC bier brat , it was tasteless, the sour kraut was sweet and the mustard was sweet . I will not eat them again.
Always a great stop on our beer bike rides. The seasonal selection is great as they are always changing out their beers. And the Heffeweissen is tasty year round! Can't go wrong with the hot pretzels either!! Great outside patio that allows dogs in the cemented area. Huge support for the Bundesliga football matches on the TVs.
