Great place. Fun environment. It rained mid way through my visit but I enjoyed the live music. How fast and nice the staff were. I would like to go again to give an honest review. You can bring your own drinks and food to the beer garden. That's a nice service they offer.

KC bierco has great bartenders and owners. Tonight for the new year, it was unreal watching them serve beers at an extremely rapid pace. Smiles never left their faces. So much fun syncing with Germany and celebrating at 5pm. The only way to do it! We love this place. Thank you Wes, Weslynnn, Corey, Noah, Steve, Juergen, Bryce, and the rest of the crew as well as all of the friends we have made. We always feel special when we show up. This brewery was very fun and had a great outside seating area. It was a perfect place to bring your kids or dogs. They even had a little playhouse and toys for the kids to play with. Our visit was extra special because a couple hot engaged while we were there.
Always events going on and the beer is decently priced. The bier garden is always a good time. The food is priced well and is always good.
I was hoping for the bomb dunkel since this is a German style brewery. That's the only type I've tried at a few places over the years. Tried two others but, just not my taste. I did bring home a couple pils bottles. The food looked yummy and the large seating area was packed with happy people many playing a trivia game. A large parking lot was easy in and out.
German family visiting so we came to watch the Bayern match. Did not disappoint! Beer and food were great! Will be back again!
I was expecting authentic German Bier and that's exactly we I got. Impressive selection of German lagers ales. Most if them were outstanding. The service was a little slow...they seemed a bit understaffed for a Friday evening. Great outdoor spaces for sitting and playing games. The food also looked to be excellent but I wasn't hungry while I was there. KC Bier Co. is a 'must visit' if you enjoy German Bier or just well made craft beer. The only downfall may be the lack of true IPAs on the tap list.
Relaxed casual atmosphere. Good food. Wine available. No stout. Excellent service!
