Kid to Kid Fort Worth

I called before going to the store and asked all the questions I needed to ask, the girl that was on the phone was really nice. However, I went in and immediately the lady at the sell desk was so rude. I was told very snarky-like that I couldn’t bring clothes in the bag I brought them regardless of my call to the store first. Luckily, I had a box in my car and didn’t have to drive all the way back to my house to figure something else out. When I went back into the store, the lady looked so shocked that I was back so quickly and advised that I needed to fill out the form which I did. I also wanted to mention how she was standing casually as if she was not busy at all, just drinking water and chatting with her co-worker. Regardless of me checking that I wanted to wait in store for the clothes instead of driving home and back, she told me it would be a FEW HOURS to go through one small box of clothes. It’s now been 4 hours since I dropped off at 10:30 this morning and I’m very irritated as I cannot get the store to answer the phone. I’m pregnant and have to get home to my other kids that need help with virtual schooling homework so I would like to not be out late in the day because someone couldn’t do their job on time. I’ll update this review once I get a call and see how much was offered for the clothes I brought in (mostly with tags/never worn) since I’ve seen so many terrible reviews about payments. Even plato’s closet doesn’t take this long with adult clothes on a packed day. Update*- I finally got called back after waiting those 4 hours, and they offered me $16 for 14 items out of at least 50. These were all very nice good school uniforms. I politely denied their offer, I rather donate them all to kids in need rather than someone pick through them and offer a mediocre price. I won’t be back here after they were so rude to me. By the way, they denied my bag and made me leave that morning, but when I went back for my clothes I saw a lady taking in the same bag and they accepted it. Hilarious.

This was my first time in this store, and I was impressed! They have great items and the ladies at checkout were amazingly helpful! I will definitely be shopping for my grandkids a lot more!!

Brought two tubs of over surely 100 items and had to leave them overnight to get barely a dollar per item, only accepted about 1/8 of what I brought and I declined their offer. Went to pick up the next day and was rudely greeted with a broken bin and “I don’t know I just got here” when I asked if there was any recourse to them damaging my property. Hard not to feel like it was intentional since I declined their offer…

Did my first trade/sell today and it went really well. The ladies behind the counter were very helpful and informative. Opted for the store credit and found some nice things to purchase. Overall great experience.

Im always finding everything I'm looking for at kid to kid, whether it is the Hulen or Denton highway location. Everyone who works at kid to kid is very sweet and helpful. I love selling my items and gaining store credit for the next time my grandson out grows his clothes, toys, jackets, walkers, high chairs, bikes ect. You name it and they've got it, including baby formula, at a much cheaper cost than Walmart, CVS, Walgreens or grocery stores.

I love Kid to Kid! This store is so great for getting new clothes, toys, and kids stuff. They also accept a lot of clothes for cash or store credit! The staff is always nice and they always have a huge selection.

1 star is to much! This location is horrible! The workers are rude. Especially the White man, Hispanic woman. They make up rules as they go. Please don’t waste your time at this location. I know the store name is Kid to Kid but I thought the workers supposed to be adults! To the owner: I notice you take time replying to negative comments. Asking questions, and making petty remarks. I made the mistake by not reading the reviews FIRST before I chose to sell/shop at your store. I noticed you have done NOTHING to make better changes. But PLAY on the computer. Take the time you spend replying to comments to make changes to your store. Such as training your unprofessional, rude, racist employees! Spend the time to post current rules. Let me stop giving advice. You obviously have time to play on the internet. Do research, better yet, ask some other 4 star rated consignment owners how they run their store. I see why the employees act like children, look at what they have to “Lead” them!

The first place I go when I need good clothes for my kiddos! I found a dress shirt for my baby to wear to a wedding (planned purchase). Grandma was with me, so she also got him 2 adorable rompers! Thanks Kid 2 Kid 💚

I love this store! My favorite place for my kids when they were younger but I still go to get hair bows, they are perfect & I can always find one to go with any outfit. Tons of super cute clothes, shoes, toys and more! If you have not been, you need to go check it out.

I love kids to kids it’s the only place I will go to get my kids clothes, I have never had a issue with them or their clothes and they have great deals! I got 7 3t girl shirts, 2 skirts, 4 pairs of pants and 2 pairs of size 6 girl shoes, 5 boy shirts,7 pairs of boy pants and only spent $70 in total so it’s a diamond in the rough
