Kid to Kid Fort Worth

My husband brought a huge box full of stuff this past Saturday and today I got a text saying they weren’t able to take any of the items. When he went to pick them up, they told him they didn’t want to look through our stuff because it would have taken too much time. Strange approach for a store that thrives off of buying used kids stuff.

Don’t come here if you value your time and money. Especially “selling” to this place is a joke, they say they reach out via text or email to process what they buy from you but you have 24 hours from when they send it out to come in and pickup the remainder, well i never received anything and wasn’t unable to know anything was ready so unable to come in to pickup the rest. I brought clothes in to sell, same day as I got home I had realized I had two question regarding the sale process and reached back out to the store via phone call. Girl answers and says she will call me back as they’re super busy- understandable, i give her my call back number and wait. No call. Next day, Call around noon, some lady says she doesn’t know and to let her grab someone else to help me, okay no biggie. Line clicks. I call back immediately to be greeted after a few rings by an automated system to leave a message. I wait three days to see if i get a text or call or anything. Nothing. Okay cool, I reach out again and spoke to Monica who says they reached out and since i didn’t get anything i was unable to pickup which lead to them donating the remainder (which is fine, i rather the extra go free to those who need it) and my personal basket that they REQUIRE for you to sell. I’m more upset that my basket was given out or put on their shelf for sale when they never mentioned it at pickup and i was told my basket will be there for pickup. To me it’s dishonest and money hungry. I understand needing to make profit for business but for the sake of it, be honest. quit using loop holes and grey areas to make money!

This place is always such an inconvenience and this will be my last time coming! They are always changing how they are accepting donations. First it was no boxes, now it's no bags. They have now put a sign out front with a LIST full of rules also stating that they are only offering store credit. You all could at least update your website to reflect this. I checked before coming to make sure I could bring my items and I had to carry my bags to the door(while 33wks pregnant btw) just to be met with that sign and carry it all back! Update: I've gone back twice now since my previous experience and those times were better. The employees were helpful and kind and gave me some tips on sales and when is best to come to sell/donate. I also noticed the website had updated their rules!

DO NOT SELL HERE! This place is a total rip off. I left everything including the basket because I was “offered” $10 for 9 items as if they won’t make more off the $80 pairs of jeans I left behind. You’re better off selling on fb.

Amazing. I've been looking for a walker for my Grandson. I stopped by to see what they had and was greeted by friendly staff. I found just what I was looking for! My Grandson loves trucks and tractors, and I found this little beauty! I learned that Tuesday is Grandparents Day so I got a discount and one of the young ladies carried out to my car!

I only buy here, so my review has nothing to do with the selling of clothing and such. I’ve come here since my oldest was a toddler, many many years. Staff has always been wonderful, patient with kiddos running around but sets rules and boundaries as needed. Very happy every time I leave this store. I sure miss the kids play area but I understand removing it!

Took our kids clothes to this location, they kept our bins and are saying after 5 days we can not claim our cash, none of the paper work we signed states that. We tried calling management but no surprise their system doesn’t work and won’t let me leave a message. If we had know they would treat me and my stuff like this I would have never brought our things here.

This is definitely the worst kid to kid store I’ve been to. I’ve lived in several states and have probably been to 10+stores. Just moved here and went to this location for the first time. Dirty worn clothes. Over priced. Sizes mixed together. I shopped for 12 month girl swim, shoes and clothing. I checked out the toys and they didn’t have much. I won’t be wasting my time here again. Just check out that disgusting shirt!
