Every time I go in there I feel like the prices are very fair. The price ranges aren’t that extreme and you can get name brand stuff for cheap! The staff is always really bubbly and happy when greeting you. I’ve sold a bunch of clothes & baby items & the store credit I receive has always been fair as well. So many great deals even beyond the low prices! When selling items they are really speedy when it comes to going through them and getting back with you on your payment. I really enjoy this specific store! But I also like the one in lake worth. They are both really organized!
Wonderful selection of girls clothes , from high end brands and regular ones as well. I bought my daughters many new winter outfits, some look as though they were never used ! The inventory is always different but overall I enjoy coming here . Also the customer service tonight was wonderful by the women who were working!
I have found SO many cute outfits for my kiddos here. I’m honestly upset I’ve been buying brand new for so many years lol. Love this spot!
We had the worst experience. We went to Kid to kid in Hulen Fort Worth like 3 times to find things for our girls, si I decided to do my first sell experience with them. I arrived Saturday and the lady (manager) told me to leave all the things there and they will send me a message with the quote, she asked me to sign and I left. Then I received the message with the contract that no one explained, where they will tell you the amount they will pay with no way to say no to them after. They took 9 items (2 of them being 1 time use native shoes) and they just gave me 15dlls for all the items !!!! I was not expecting much but 1.5 dlls per item average felt like a total ripoff! We will never go there to buy any items from them! They take advantage of the people! And even on these reviews they don't even take seriously our complaints. Lesson learned for sure!
Its a great place to find good deals ! The staff were very friendly and answer all my questions with a great attitude. They have good prices for gently used items and what makes it a plus is that they have a little play area for kids!!
Went in looking for swimsuits for our Florida trip found what I was looking for In-N-Out!!
dropped everything off. they texted me when they were finished. i went in store to pick up cash & they even helped me donate all of my other items they didn’t buy.
I'm a new foster parent to a newborn. They had tons of clothes that were extremely affordable! They were very nice and offer a discount to foster parents.
Whoever was working on Saturday, October 18, was SO AWESOME at the register!
I don’t know why I come here. Every time I come they’re so rude. I came into day with a BOGG bag and they say they don’t take them they’re trying to stay away from them. This store changes every 5 minutes what you can bring stuff in. I understand the trash bag. They said it was due to keeping the clothes flat. I left and got a laundry basket but when I came back another had a bag and they gave her a bin. They claim she was donating but she had to sign in. They asked me if donating or pick up. I said pick up and then told me I couldn’t use my bag. No one ever said if you donate your ones they don’t keep well provide a bin. Explain all the information to ever customer not certain ones who look a certain way. Then when I called her out. She goes well she’s donating well no one explained that but it’s funny one person you provide that option and not the other. Can’t even leave a message for the owner some customer service !!!!!
