Selection is clean, in fashion, and with variety. Ive been a long time customer, and will continue to be until my son and niece size-up!
Don't sell your stuff here just donate it to charity, they offer $1 per item. It's a waste of time. Took them 3 days and 3 different trips to tell me that. The staff is polite but very unorganized. Also you don't have a choice to accept or deny the offer. So that's mainly why they low ball everything because the contract they make you sign says they can offer whatever they want and you can't deny it.
The staff is all pretty friendly, and I have sold clothes here a few times. They aren’t always super great at calling in a timely manner about your buy, so I usually have to call and check in on it. This is out of the stores control, but the selection for my daughter (2T) is extremely slim so I can’t usually find anything for her, but there is a little bit more un 6-9 month for my son. If you’re willing to go semi frequently you may be able to find some gems though!
I have been coming here a long long time, I buy ALL my grandkids clothes here, even before some of them are born, I start buying clothes, the prices are good!! the clothes are in excellent condition and the staff is super friendly, very nice and very professional, I have NEVER had any kind of issue here. The store is very organized and clean. Once you come here and shop, you are going to be hooked! You are going to keep coming back.
Easy resale process. You can choose cash or in store credit, in store credit is a bit more. A good variety of clothing in good condition. Bring your clothes in a laundry bin or box, drop off an they email/text you with your offer within a couple of days!
I would give 0 starts if I could! I called ahead to make sure they were still buying they told me yes until 6pm but when I showed up at 3:30, less than an hour after I called,and they told me they are no longer buying for the day. Worst experience at any kid to kid I've ever had. Will not be returning here anytime soon!
The clothes are organized really well, shoes were decently organized, easy to find my kids sizes. The cashier was really nice and friendly. She did not rush me at all which I loved.
My husband was going to guitar Center. I happen to see store next door. I’ve recently received custody of my 2 1/2 year-old granddaughter. She was in need of some things. I thought I would just go in and look around first thing I saw when I walked in the door all the beautiful hair bows ,you had for the girls, I found items I could not resist,Everything was so nice especially your staff .
This review is only for the BUYING/SELLING process!!!! (The shop itself is great!) while initially, the signup to sell clothes was smooth and streamlined, and we made sure to follow each of their specific instructions as to the care and layout of the clothes in order for them to be looked at for purchase, it was not until we were called back and told that they were being passed up (which, in all reality would have been fine, if the reasons being excessive wear, stains and missing pieces were the actual truth of what we had brought them which is was not - especially given that their guidelines for even reviewing clothes are so particular!!) anyways, the two young ladies who gave my back my children’s clothes were not friendly, forgiving or explanatory of the process not did they offer any sort of compassion or critique for next time. When I asked why did we not return the clothes the way we found them (being that things were required to have no wrinkles, lay flat-pressed and be freshly washed) and my children’s clothes looked like my toddlers themselves had just rummaged through them, I received under the breath comments about me trippin. This entire experience was truly so disappointing as we were hoping to be able to rely on some of this help to get winter things for our two toddlers. Regardless, not sure I would try to here again unless your child has only ever worn something once.
My wife and I went here for the first time and she absolutely fell in love with the place. I loved it too. We found a bunch of great items for our girls and at such a great price. The deals here are amazing! Not only is it close to our home but the staff is amazing and friendly as well. There were so many great things we could be there all day. Definitely returning to rack up on some more great things.
