Landmark Construction & Water Damage Restoration

In July of 2024 my ceiling collapsed & mold was everywhere. This was caused by my ac & the repairman handed me a business card for Delbert with Landmark Construction & said they were the mold experts in Memphis. I called that morning & by 1pm that day, 5 men spent the afternoon cleaning up that room & setting up machines. I had a wonderful mold project manager that checked the machines often. The next phase introduced me to Freddie Bargiacchi, my incredible project manager that was there from the start of the repairs until the end. Their incredible team packed all of my house where work was being done & placed them in a pod. The packing ladies, the movers & their supervisors were amazing. The finished product is incredible & I am still amazed with the work & beautifully repaired hardwood floors! Thanks to everyone with Landmark!

Landmark and Mitch are terrible to work with. They were sent to my house after a tree fell on it making it unlivable for 7 months. When they removed the tree they used a bobcat and drove all over my gravel driveway and front yard tearing it up. Then it rained for 2 days while I had a huge hole in my roof from the tree and Landmark didn’t bother to put a tarp on the roof until after the rain ended, which caused more damage to the inside of the house. Then the day after they put a tarp on the roof Mitch called me and stated a bunch of lies as to the reason he would be dropping us, leaving us to find another contractor to do the job. Mitch has spread numerous lies (I have proof) about me and my husband and has been very unprofessional. I did end up finding another contractor to fix Landmarks mess and put my house back together. Never hire Landmarks Construction!

I had water damage from a clogged pipe. Dustin and Hunter quickly evaluated the situation and did what was needed to get the area dried out. I really appreciated their attention to detail, but especially appreciated their attitude and compassion for me in what was a very stressful situation.

Freddie Bargiacchi came to our rescue when our dishwasher main water supply blew and flooded our house in 2025. He gave us an estimate and more importantly made us feel better after our house sustained major water damage. He had us back in our house in 60 days and provided excellent service with flooring, drywall, baseboards and painting.

I discovered Landmark Construction through a family member and was very impressed with the quality of their work. My project included removing and replacing flooring in the foyer/hallway/closet area as well as re-tiling the tub/shower tile which required repairs to and replacement of studs and wallboard behind the tile. They did an awesome job and finished a day earlier than expected - not even a piece of dust left behind. Looking forward to working with Landmark Construction on my next project!

The people at Landmark Construction are great. Everyone was so helpful and professional. They came quickly when we had a leak in the kitchen and cleaned it up and put the water mitigation equipment out. They checked on us daily to make sure everything was okay. Responsive down to the last detail! I would highly recommend them.

These guys did an outstanding job in my home after a defective fire sprinkler burst and flooded my house in March. Their team of professionals showed up a day after the flood and took charge, starting the complicated process with the insurance company. They were professional in every way, had excellent quality and stayed on schedule throughout the project!

I came home to a busted pipe in my basement and Jacob arrived that night with his team to extract the water and dry the walls and furniture to minimize the damage as much as possible. He was very professional and great at communication throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this company!
