Terrible customer service, poor quality service. I would not recommend using this company for any electrical issues. I have had at least two other companies recommend replacing the breaker panel, and this company decided to band-aid the issue by using tandem breakers and leaving the damaged area as-is as shown in the photo. They called it a "Proper Repair"....I think not. I don't trust John or his team at Landmark Construction. Update in Response to the Owner: The request was not to replace the panel so that I can install an EV outlet, the issue is that had the panel been replaced rather than bandaged, I would be able to charge my vehicle at home. Obviously the panel is not operating at 100% due to the damages shown in the picture. I have rights as a tenant to be able to hire a licensed electrician to install an EV plug, however those were violated due to this companies recommendation that the panel did not have to be replaced. Many other electricians have recommended replacing the panel due to the damages regardless of any installation of future outlets...the panel is damaged!

We had some mold remediation that needed to be done at our house, and Landmark Construction has been wonderful to work with! Randy and Hunter could not have been more professional and thorough. They were easy to work with and always very courteous. We knew exactly what was going to happen when - no surprises. The reconstruction phase is up next, but so far I definitely recommend Landmark Construction to anyone else who might have similar needs! L.M.

I was referred to Landmark by our mold inspector as a company that would be able to handle everything needed to clean up a spot of mold in our bathroom ceiling. They fit us in quickly after they reviewed the mold inspector’s report and came to seal off the area and begin the cleaning process. They removed and replaced the drywall over the plaster ceiling, painted and installed new vent and fan covers. Delbert was attentive and made sure his crew had completed the work to our expectations. They did a great job and if we have any issues in the future I know who to call.

I'm not sure where to begin but I will say Landmark helped to put our life back together. Due to a fire on July 23 our home was completely damaged and had to be rebuilt from the roof to the studs. When I tell you Lankmark didn't cut any corners with us, they didn't. They started when they said they would and stayed on schedule according to the time estimated which was 7 to 8 months. They actually finished earlier than estimated.The construction manager assigned to us was Rusty and he was outstanding. The project manager Randy was awesome as well. Randy always responded to my calls and answered all my questions. Randy helped facilitate any and all the changes I requested. Randy help guide me in making selections for the flooring, paint, finishes, and so much more. The fire was devastating but Landmark helped to create a beautiful and wonderful new home. Thanks to all of the staff. My family appreciates everyone's effort in helping us get back to normal.

Landmark could not have been more responsive, adaptive, effective, and efficient for our repairs! The project is officially complete and turnkey ready less than 3 weeks from a major water event, and even under an initial budget estimate! Delbert Palmer was the supervisor on our project and provided constant updates, options, and was fully engaged in the project. Thank you again!

We recently had a leak from the upstairs bath thru the lower ceiling soaking walls & adjacent carpeting. Landmark was super responsive & Matthew & Jamison were on task getting equipment for the job. Also very polite & professional! They explained the purpose of the blowers & dehumidifiers & checked daily on the progress of drying out the affected areas. We could not ask for better service from them! Kudos Matthew & Jamison!

Update, it's Dec 2 and Landmark just finished the repairs to my ceiling. The guy did a good job and he was professional and nice. I'm happy this part is now complete. Still waiting for updates regarding my hardwood floor and sofa. My water heater was leaking due to negligence from Greenway Services in Memphis. The leak caused water damage to my ceiling, sofa, hardwood floor and rug. Greenway sent Landmark out to look at the damage on November 7, 2022. Landmark brought fans to dry the area where the leak was. The fans were here for 3 days. On Wednesday November 9, the Landmark employee told me someone would be in touch in the next day or two to schedule the repairs. By Tuesday, November 15 Landmark had not contacted me so I called them after searching online for a contact number. The Landmark employee pulled up my information, indicated she saw the notations regarding the issues. She took my name, phone number and my email address. She told me I'd get a call back with an update and more information. By Friday, November 18 Landmark still had not called me back. I called again, spoke with a different person who did the same thing, pulled up my address saw the notations and told me I'd get a call back. I'm still waiting. Meanwhile I have a hole in my ceiling from November 9 when the Landmark employees cut away the drywall and now Landmark doesn't want to finish the job. I only wanted SOMEONE to give me an update on when this would be completed so that I can make sure I'm available. Landmark is simply ignoring me and the jobs are incomplete with absolutely no indication from Landmark it will get done. I was told on November 4 Landmark would handle this, it's November 25 and I honestly have no indication they are going to because for weeks now the only thing Landmark has told me is someone will call you back.

I recently had a bathroom project completed by Landmark Construction, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final touches, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. Communication was smooth throughout—Freddie and his team kept me updated at every stage, answered all my questions patiently, and offered helpful suggestions to improve the layout and finish. The workmanship is top-notch. The project was completed on time and within budget, and the crew was respectful of my home, leaving the space tidy each day. I highly recommend Landmark Construction to anyone considering a bathroom renovation. I will definitely be using them again for future home projects!

Landmark Construction was referred to us by a plumber that came to our house. We had endured so much water damage from a water pipe in our ceiling and Landmark came right out and went to work. Hunter and Matt in water mitigation came right in and dried my home out. They worked diligently and fast. They were polite and respectful. They cleaned up after the work was done and took the trash out. My husband appreciated that as well. I would recommend this company for all your water mitigation needs.
