Great establishment. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Food was AMASSING
Simple eating and simply good. I love the Trio-Shrimp, Crab, Lobster. The size of Trio is like slider size which is perfect for someone just want to sample or not too hungry. Fresh and very full filling without overly thick bread. Visiting Philadelphia and I went back there 2x. Yum 😋
The food was really delicious! It comes with a free drink and chips. I’ll definitely come back again!
I randomly walked by this place and finally had a chance to eat here! This place was SO good. The honey butter, the soft bread, and the actual lobster will make you melt. The lobster roll and clam chowder tasted so fresh. If we needed anything, the general manager Matt was so willing to take care of us and answer our questions about the lobster. I will definitely be back!
This is how lobster rolls should be! We stopped by and picked up some rolls and some mac and cheese. Everything was perfect. Fresh soft buttered roll that was overflowing with lobster. Mac and cheese was creamy and also did not skimp on the lobster. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place if you're craving a lobster roll. The prices are a bit high, but worth it
went with the lobster roll flight, slaw, couple sodas, chips, n pickle. a bit pricey but it hit the spot! should have gotten the mainer which included chowder too.
Stopped in for a post dinner “snack” lol. Had the lobster slider trio, which was a lobster roll sampler of three half-rolls: lemon butter, spicy honey butter, and truffle butter w/ chips and a soft drink. The rolls had nice big chunks of lobster. My fave was the truffle butter! Also tried the clam chowder which was hearty and satisfying also. The staff working was very nice, even though we were there near closing. Pro tip: get the rolls toasted! If you’re curious, there’s more about these on my YouTube channel and tik tok @RossEats
Nice to have a spot that carries lobster rolls year round. I guess they are typical size. Most lobster rolls are pretty small in size. Loads of lobster meat so that’s a plus. It’s a lobster roll so not much but lobster butter and seasoning to taste/top off.
I am a big fan of lobsters and it’s so hard to find a lobster roll in Philly. So after reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I got the lobster roll flight - three lobster rolls with different sauce on top. I also asked them to be served warm. The flight comes with a bag of chip and soda from Maine. Poppyseed coleslaw is an add on and quite delicious. Overall, the lobster rolls are just delicious and I love all 3 sauces. The quality of lobster meats is even better than regular lobster roll shop at Maine. Would definitely recommend lobster lovers to give it a try!
This is a very chill spot in the heart of Philly. It’s a whole vibe in this place. It’s BYOB, so bring a nice Chardonnay to go with these delicious seafood rolls. The Lobster rolls are amazing but the Warm Lobster Rolls are a smash hit! It’s very rich, one is good but can’t blame you if you buy two. The Snow Crab Roll is just blow your mind amazing!!! Matt and his crew are very attentive and do their best to make sure you feel comfortable. You can’t go wrong here. The music is a great touch & allows you to have a great conversation without feeling like your conversation is being heard. Expect to spend $30-$35 per roll. It’s a little pricey but it’s worth every penny & hits all your cravings at once. Enjoy!
