I’m going to need a second visit as I think that the first experience wasn’t as good as it could be, and this doesn’t mean that it was bad. First I was surprised by the small menu, I was expecting more choices. I went for the 6 oz lobster roll. The quality and freshness of the lobster was fantastic, hight quality. However, I wasn’t impressed by the bun, I couldn’t figure out if it was a bread roll or a slice of bread. And the overall size of the roll was a bit disappointing, if you can choose two size portions of lobster it would be nice to have a bigger bun with the bigger portion. For the same reason, I found it a bit expensive, the quality of the lobster was well worth it, the size wasn’t. As I said, I would go back a second time as I really think that this place can be much better
Delicious! Nothing is bad on the menu! Staff was very friendly and service was quick. I got the lobster bisque and the lobster roll flight (white truffle spicy honey butter and classic). One of the best lobster rolls I’ve ever had.
I love lobsters! We order 6oz lobster roll for a late lunch and it was fantastic, so good that we came back the next day for lunch and try the white truffle lobster roll. They heard we were splitting the 6oz and put in in 2 buns for us, great customer service.
Luke's Lobster is THE best lobster spot on the east coast. I've been to many major lobster spots from Philly, Boston, NYC, CT. Nothing tops the trio. It's a top 5 choice compared to any restaurant in the USA. No joke. Trio - 5/5 Lobster Roll - 5/5 Crab Roll - 5/5 Shrimp Roll - 5/5
Very good, but left not full. I got the Lobster Roll combo and that came with cole slaw (vinegar based), and a bag of potatoe chips. I also got a water. Total was $23 before tip. The taste of everything was great. The lobster was fresh, plump and bountiful but in a tiny toasted bun. I wish at least the bun were bigger to have filled me up.
Delicious crustaceans are my passion and this place rocks! The lobster rolls are fantastic, the decor is delightful, staff is friendly and helpful and you will certainly enjoy your meal. Clam chowder could be improved but not bad and the overall price is expensive but its a luxury item, you will enjoy! I return as often as I can.
Enjoyed the food. I honestly thought the rolls would be bigger. They were filled with alot of meat. The Lobster Bisque soup was delicious as well, but could of use more lobster in the soup. Good service. You have to try the blueberry soda.
I’m glad that I went on a Tuesday when they do free lobster tail with a jumbo roll. This is my first time going to this chain. The jumbo lobster roll was loaded with lobster and very yummy. The lobster tail was not big but tasted good. I prefer without the butter sauce. The poppyseed slaw had a kick to it which was nice. The lemonade completed the meal perfectly. The only thing is that it’s a bit pricey.
Lobster was very fresh. Had the warm 6oz lobster roll with the hot honey butter. One of the best lobster rolls I have had in a while. Staff was friendly, restaurant was very clean. Will be back for sure!
Heard excellent things about this place and decided to give it a try. The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful with choosing an option as it was my first visit. I tried the trio which was ok. The lobster and crab was fresh but the shrimp tasted a bit funny. Just wish the meat had a little bit more flavor but it was enjoyable nonetheless. The atmosphere was pretty cool & its BYOB! Great first time visit.
