I visited Texas last weekend, and all I have to say about this establishment are great things. Buck, provides extraordinary customer service, if you visit the store, ask for him. He is a pleasure to deal with, you won’t be disappointed.
Went yesterday and bought a horn bottle opener $54 got here in my city and my husband tried to open a bottle and easily broke in his hand, very frustrating and disappointing, I spend $104 on that store but seems everything nice but the quality is horrible.
Great experience! Walked in, was asked if there was anything I needed help with right away. They helped me every step of the way. Walked out with exactly what I was wanting...plus a lil extra for the kids. The hat is perfect! Will definately return.
I bought the Marc Wolf smooth black belt from here 2 years ago. I wear it every single day. It is the best belt I have ever owned. Amazing quality. Buying one for dad this Father's Day :)
This was a wonderful store with great boots and hats. I got an awesome pair of red boots.. the staff was really nice and helpful too. I think her name was Melanie... she has the same pair of boots.. and I am so glad I bought them...😊
Amazing souvenir shop with cool cowboy clothing articles, great to take back home from a trip to Fort Worth Stockyards. The good thing is they also have public bathrooms, so if you're in Forth Worth and need to go badly, they're open! Great to also buy cool clothing and souvenirs!
We bought two genuine leather purses to take to Germany. We made it very clear that we only wanted made in Texas or at least made in the USA purses. They assured us, they were made in Texas. Back in the Hotel we found the small "Made in India " labels. We would have brought the purses back, but we had a plane to catch.
I was trying hats and i took the mask to see myself in the mirrors, There was an old lady harrasing us for taking the masks off who was very rude since the 1st interaction! I work in hospitality and that was not professional at all
Very positive experience here. My first time in old Fort Worth, I would love the opportunity to go back to this store. I have enjoyed the boots I purchased. The staff were very helpful.
