Wow!!! This store is amazing. For me, it's the BEST of it's kind. The clothing here is that of quality. 'You get what you pay for.' You can find interesting, but unusual pieces that you'll feel great in , year after year. A helpful staff and a huge selection of inventory in a down-to-earth environment are sure to keep you coming back. Go in. I promise, you won't be disappointed!!! Can't find your size? They'll order it for you. :)
So I was in the store this past weekend in search of a particular clothing item I needed for that evening. I had been to multiple stores in the area with now luck so far. Buck (I believe was his name) went out of his way to help me and spend time going over what he had in inventory. It turns out he did not have exactly what I was looking for so he sent me up the street to his competitors location knowing they probably had the what I needed. They did have it. This is the kind of WOW customer experience you don't see much anymore. I am a Raving Fan!!!! Highly recommended!!! Thank you!
Visited this store while in Ft. Worth - just happened upon it, had never heard of it. Walked in and immediately loved it! Saleslady helped us with purchasing our grandaughter a pair of adorable boots (infant) and stuffed pony (her first horsey!!). I was sick at the time and didn't feel like trying on shoes, but saw a pair I loved. About a month later I ordered them online because I couldn't stop thinking about them as well as a cowboy hat for our nephew's birthday. Both were shipped to and received in SC within 3 days of ordering online - wow and thank you! They have a fantastic selection of women's cowgirl boots! I know I'll be ordering again and will definitely visit if I get the opportunity to get back to 'Cowtown'!
James is the only person my wife or I will ever go to for a Cowboy hat. Honest advice on what you should purchase, unbelievable customer service and exceptional quality. James is your guy and Maverick’s is your store.
I ordered a pair of boots online that I needed fairly quickly. They were able to change my shipping to accommodate and the boots arrived in time. The staff I spoke to were great!! Friendly, accommodating and sincerely wanted to help. Great experience!
I’m so disappointed in the way this store has handled a situation with me. They were very kind and helpful when I ordered a gift card over the phone. Took my credit card number quickly and put card in the mail. I am no longer able to use this gift card. After talking with them several times, they are unwilling to allow me to mail back the unused, unactivated gift card, and get a refund. I’ve read the refund policy and there’s nothing that says anything about not being able to refund a gift card. I was told that’s because gift cards not available on the website. A poor answer, indeed! There’s no difference in me returning a gift card than someone returning merchandise, which in many cases, has been worn and used. My gift card has not been used or activated in anyway. So they will not be losing any money, as they will be able to sell the gift card again! I would not recommend shopping at a place like this , who is so unwilling and unbending to do the right thing!!
I had an excellent first experience: i found just-the-right birthday gift and it was beautifully gift wrapped for me (I enjoyed a canned soda & magazine at the bar while I waited). The gift was well-received and the wrapping was adored. I will totally shop here again!
I ordered a rattlesnake hatband for my husband as an anniversary gift. He absolutely loved it. It looks fantastic on his black cowboy hat. I even received a handwritten note from Gaya wishing us a happy anniversary. The note was incredibly thoughtful. Thank you so much.
Drove all the way from Plano to try on a particular make of boot that is only sold there (around the DFW) Unfortunately they didn't have my size in it but the education I got from Desiree about the boot industry (and the maker of the boot I wanted) was phenomenal. It was worth the drive. Ask for Desiree
